В статье рассмотрена проблема дефицита финансирования строительной отрасли. Автор прослеживает динамику объемов строительных работ и объемов кредитования строительной отрасли. В работе представлены механизмы по улучшению ситуации в данной области.

Одним из средств формирования и исследовательской, проектной деятельности у учащихся выпускных классов общеобразовательной школы предлагается курс по выбору по геометрии. В ходе освоения материала обучаемые имеют возможность продемонстрировать уровень обученности по геометрии; умение применять исследовательский опыт, развивать умение взаимодействия в ученическом коллективе. The processes of educational system development in Sevastopol, commonly referred to as modernization, are implemented as a state idea and a state project – “from above”, through the introduction of various innovations. The assessment of outputs and outcomes of innovation is not made from the standpoint of achieving the overall objectives of modernization but from the position of the successful solution of specific problems, which give a fragmentary idea about the current level of the city education system development as a whole.

Данные факторы необходимо учесть при разработке направления стратегии, при повышении эффективности инвестиционной деятельности в долгосрочной перспективе. Целью данной работы является уточнение методического подхода к разработке инвестиционной стратегии крупной компании с учетом специфики горной отрасли.

This article is devoted to analysis of the socioeconomic features of the peasant reform in the Stavropol region, the main of which was sufficiently low density settlement in the region and the number of serfs. The work includes consideration of the provisions of one of the earliest projects of emancipation of the serfs, created by the largest landowners of the County Pyatigorsk by the Kalantarovs’ brothers. The materials in this article are used from the State archive of the Stavropol territory.
