В данной статье предложена такая наиболее оптимальная форма взаимодействия детского сада и семьи, как семейный клуб. Кратко обобщен опыт использования на практике, описаны развивающие эффекты такого взаимодействия по принципу открытости ДОУ обществу, дающий возможность знакомства родителей с условиями организации воспитательно-образовательного процесса в ДОУ.

The article presents a retrospective analysis of information and communication technologies entering into the library system in Germany and Austria. In the course of the structural changes of university libraries belonging to leading German-speaking countries based on information and communication technology, library practices were involved in the processes of informatization, virtualization, globalization and commercialization. The future of university libraries, the German-speaking space depends on their ability to become service agencies able to work with their users and competent to provide the necessary information. Analysis of the German-speaking libraries experience on implementing new digital technologies can cause professional interest and be useful for Russian librarianship specialists.

This article describes the problems of social risks in consumer behavior. Social risks are manifested in the consumer's loss when purchasing or its using of a part of his capacity: money, health or peace of mind. Social risks in consumption are influenced by many factors, chief among which are cultural factors. The authors reveal the impact of cultural factors on the social risks occurrence on the basis of aggregate indicators and data of a sociological survey conducted in the city of Volgograd.
