Based on domestic and foreign sources of some aspects related to the study of the Russian language in Sweden.

Having acquired the basic knowledge of the Russian language in the pre-entry courses and having started the first year at the university, foreign students face certain linguistic difficulties while studying professional foreign language. First year students should master three forms of academic speech style: an oral report on the professionally-oriented topic; an oral type of the academic speech i.e. a lecture, and a written form of the academic speech – authentic textbooks reading. The computer program to predict the market value of residential real estate of the city Perm are developed. The program is based on a neural network trained on the results of the information resources available on the estate. After excluding emissions associated with false information, the average relative error of the results of the neural network prediction was 1.03%. The valuing the input parameters was performed using a neural network model.
