В статье представлены теоретические основы и модель обучения школьников анализу любовного конфликта как психолого-коммуникативного феномена с точки зрения особенностей речевого поведения его участников. Риторический анализ ситуаций любовного противостояния на уроках словесности может способствовать формированию у школьников установки на выбор конструктивных моделей речевого поведения в конфликте, а также более глубокому восприятию и пониманию произведений художественной литературы.

В статье рассматривается государственно-частное партнерство как инструмент влияния на современную экономическую ситуацию, сложившуюся в России, признаки, механизмы и возможности финансирования ГЧП. Государственно-частное партнерство, представляя собой взаимовыгодное сотрудничество бизнеса и государства в сфере решения важных общественных вопросов, является стимулятором экономического роста. В статье приводятся преимущества и недостатки использования механизмов государственно-частного партнерства.

Данная работа направлена на анализ особенностей менеджмента в России. В теоретической части рассмотрена концепция формирования российского менеджмента, его проблемы и пути их решения.

Изменение условий рыночной экономики, рост интенсивности производства и конкуренции на рынках, стремление к повышению эффективности деятельности и используемых ресурсов определяют необходимость учета этих факторов при формировании стратегий развития вертикально-интегрированных компаний. В вертикально-интегрированных компаниях создаются возможности использования цепочек добавленной стоимости (ЦДС), включая увеличение объемов прибыли, получаемой предприятием, за счет решения проблемы двойной маржинализации, уменьшения транзакционных издержек, снижения неопределенности в работе с поставщиками, диверсификации, позволяющей снизить общий риск хозяйствования. Данные факторы необходимо учесть при разработке направления стратегии, при повышении эффективности инвестиционной деятельности в долгосрочной перспективе. Целью данной работы является уточнение методического подхода к разработке инвестиционной стратегии крупной компании с учетом специфики горной отрасли.

According to the author, modern rehabilitation facilities do not have psychological tool that helps people with chemical addictions to optimize their life orientations. The research methods: analysis of psychological literature on this subject; testing; method of mathematical data processing (Mann-Whitney U test, correlation analyses of data). Dependent persons have lowered indicators of reason to live and meaningful orientations. Their personal development is hampered because of a lower level of perception of the integral time of their life. They have higher level of such destructive orientations as confrontational coping, running away from a problem and higher level of constructive orientations – orientation on the solution of the problem, acceptance of responsibility and a positive reassessment of the situation. Sometimes constructive coping is associated with indicators related to the difficulties of personal development. Addicted persons’ tendency toward prosocial behavior is high. At the same time, the helping behavior is more pronounced, when the respondents believe in themselves and in people less. Based on the findings, the Program of Measures, accompanying the rehabilitation of dependent persons, has been compiled.

The article is devoted to the problem of modernization of the current school education system and the necessity of searching effective methods and means for students to be prepared for the tests and exams taking into account the modern requirements. The author defines the concept of «control-examinational strategies». The repertoire of knowledge and skills included in this type of strategies is presented. The necessity of teaching students control-examinational strategies is actualized and proved.

This article investigates the problem of use of test techniques in the course of selection and certification of personnel, and also for detection of features of formation of social and psychological climate in small groups and labor collectives. The group dynamics including individual preferences of players in the choice of strategy of behavior in a conflict situation in definition of the most acceptable social role, in identification of the most constructive and effective type of the administrative decision has the special importance. The author of the article offers a set of the test methods allowing to define social and psychological type of the individual at a stage of staff recruitment and to reveal its individual behavioral preferences that can structurally influence on team work.

В данной статье рассмотрен SWOT-анализ как один из главных методов стратегического планирования. Приведено определение стратегического планирования. Обобщены результаты исследования среды функционирования организаций на примере производственно-коммерческой фирмы.

In this article the advertising strategies research is proposed based on the websites of Faculty of Languages and Literatures of LMU Munich and Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages of the University of Cambridge. Analysis of the data revealed the advertising strategies used within the educational discourse in order to attract prospective students.

Автор делает вывод о том, что обучение педагогов конструктивным стратегиям преодоления конфликтных ситуаций включает в себя формирование представлений о сущности конфликта, его видах и осознание собственных стратегий поведения в конфликте.

The article deals with understudied genre of a religious sermon to analyze some linguostylistic features. The object of this research is a number of different English sermons. The method of linguostylistic analysis gives detailed description of lexical, grammatical stylistic means and precedent phenomena that appears to be the article subject. The article results are of great help for courses on linguistics, English language stylistics, intercultural communication, text linguistics and theolinguistics.

In modern Russian society there is no holistic, single view of social polarization. It is caused by a number of controversial compound of cultural traditions. Ther is also no single relation to gender inequality. In these circumstances the younger generations are trying to build a compensatory strategies of gender relations. These strategies are not always adequate and this fact becomes one of of family crisis factors.

Coping behavior is a combination of coping strategies and coping resources, it’s like constantly changing cognitive and behavioral efforts of the individual, which help him to manage internal and external requirements. This work presents the study of parasportsmen’s coping behavior features. The authors used coping test by Lazarus in the adaptation of T.L. Krjukova, E.V. Kuftyak, M.S. Zamyshlyaeva and «Multidimensional scale of social support» («MSPSS») by D. Zimet (in the adaptation of N.A. Sirota and V.M. Yaltonskij, modification of G.S. Korytova). However some questions were added according to the conditions of the research. This work demonstrates coping-strategies, which are suitable for parasportsmen, and how these people perceive social support.

The article analyzes the problem of adaptation readiness of individual in the form of his basic social and psychological components in professions of varying stress degrees. An analysis of adaptive parameters characteristics of a personality and coping strategies from kindergarten teachers and teachers of secondary schools shows their distinctive adaptation in confronting long-term stress and the choice of appropriate strategies for overcoming behavior.

In modern societies, mechanisms of open implementation of conflicts become a component of social relations restructuring. The least significant, these processes mediating gender interactions. Our analysis of narrative interviews with young men and girls revealed a trend of privatization of conflict, the interpretation of social contradictions are transferred to the personal level. The real basis of conflict, thus, are the contradictions associated with the change in family patterns.

В статье раскрываются некоторые аспекты когнитивной подготовки школьников к проектной деятельности. Обсуждается готовность старших школьников к самостоятельной деятельности по созданию проекта с точки зрения их способности к обработке информации. Умение обнаруживать связи и отношения, выделять признаки понятий обеспечивает возможность упорядоченного и осмысленного восприятия информации. Описывается деятельность обучающихся, использующих стратегии формирования абстрактных понятий (сосредоточения и сканирования) на разных этапах создания проекта. Обосновывается необходимость формирования у школьников стратегий сосредоточения для обеспечения готовности школьников старших классов к проектной деятельности.
