The article deals with the problem of universal tools search, organizing preschool institution image management. As a solution to this problem the authors propose structural and procedural image model of the educational organization. Unification of the preschool educational organizations habitual until recently was replaced by their variety, variability of educational programs, introduction of new technologies.
