Teaching children the rules of road safety remains one of the most important tasks of preschool education. Therefore, both we, teachers and parents, need daily work with children to form ideas about the importance of observing traffic rules.

The relevance of our chosen topic is certainly very high, since nothing affects a person's views, self-knowledge and goals in life as much as the family, and the family and the child themselves sometimes need help, which can be provided by pedagogical prevention.

The author has studied the essence of adolescence, its features, difficulties, as well as conducted a study aimed at studying the relationship of a teenager with his family and to find out whether the family can be the initiator of aggressive behavior of a child. Participants in the study were students of the eighth grade consisting of 32 people, on which a questionnaire was conducted: "the Behavior of parents and the attitude of teenagers to them" (POR; E. Shafer). The study confirmed that the age crisis of a teenager is not the only reason for the deterioration of relationships in the family. Most scales are at a critical level, which indicates a large number of mistakes on the part of parents in relation to the teenager. This situation requires urgent preventive measures to prevent possible difficulties in the relationship "teen-family".

This article substantiates the idea of creating psychological clubs for parents raising children with disabilities who need psychological and pedagogical assistance. Considerable attention is paid to increasing parental competence in the matters of upbringing, development, and social adaptation of “special” children, through psychological and pedagogical education; attracting parents to cooperation, in terms of common approaches to raising and educating the child.
