The article summarizes the experience of the sectoral resource centers (hereinafter – RTS) Moscow region on the basis of professional educational organizations (hereinafter VET). Presents their list, the main activities, functions and the results of monitoring web pages, the RC published on the websites of POO MO. Proposed for discussion an approach to developing interdisciplinary course, aimed at its implementation in resource centers.

Methodological approaches to areas attraction assessment were considered; actual attraction assessment models of I. Ansoff’s strategy management areas were proposed to supplement «social-image-investment environment» indicator. Attraction assessment’s criteria and parameters of new territorial market were reviewed. Methodology for risks classification, ELLIPS-PrO matrix, was proposed to assess the volatility level. Methodological approaches analysis to corporate project management system (CPMS) implementation in Russian companies was conducted. CPMS has been supplemented by the «corporate project culture» and «assure strategic compliance tools» elements.

In the given above work the analysis of the theorist – methodological bases of management of the organizations as social and economic systems is submitted. Today it is obvious that for a survival in the market and preservations of competitiveness of the organization they have to make changes to the economic activity. In this regard it is necessary to pay more attention to increase of effective management of social and economic systems of branch in which they function. The question as the organization is essentially important can resist to the changes of environment often arising, but irregularly and is almost unpredictable; by means of what preliminary measures they keep the viability and achieve the planned objectives. As the practice showed that activity of the organization is steadier if it constantly watches the main components of environment, is able to rethink standard and to make unexpected administrative decisions in the context of effective management of social and economic systems of branch. Therefore to the forefront of economic development of the organizations there are problems of revision and reconsideration of bases of management of social and economic systems.

One of the most popular research activities in education is the project method. The specifics of the social project are related to its use as a method of training of future specialists in auxiliary professions (social workers, medical specialists). Carry out a survey using a questionnaire for assessment of the effectiveness of the students’ collaboration activities in Land a Hand project. A survey was carried out with the students participating in the project with the purpose of «Establishing the effectiveness of cooperation between students majoring in different disciplines in a multidisciplinary team using the opportunities for project work in the course of their training» and examine the effectiveness of cooperation between students and users of social services (old people from specialized institutions). The research results provide a basis to conclude that the activities carried out by the project contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and support between the partners.
