In this article it is studied how various factors in combination influence the formation of intellectual property institution and influence the development of the innovative activity of the Russian economy. The effect of each factor on the share of innovation production in the total output in the Russian economy is calculated. Conclusions are drawn and recommendations are given on the development of the innovative activity of the Russian economy through the development of selected factors.

The field materials collected in the farms of the Olenek National Evenk District show the use of indicators for the adaptation criteria of traditional agriculture in the modern agricultural system. Actual data on three indicators of the activities of workers and their farms were introduced into scientific circulation: the number of farms and the availability of land and natural resources; the development of farms based on a set of five key indicators of their economic activity; opinions of workers about their traditional lifestyle in the countryside.

The article presents the method «Proverbs» in the author's modification as a diagnostic tool for studying the life strategies of the personality. A behavioral typology of life strategies is proposed in accordance with the theoretical model of K. Thomas method. The theoretical justification and description of the methodology is given, the results of its approbation on the youth sample are briefly examined, the prospects for further research are determined.

This article discusses the current state of the climate and its possible impact on the manifestation of natural phenomena. A database on the consequences of dangerous natural processes on the territory of Russia is presented. The principles of its preparation and use for various purposes are substantiated. On the basis of statistical analysis of data on the consequences of manifestations of dangerous natural processes revealed patterns of their manifestations in space and time. The periods of time of increase of total number of events and emergency are allocated.

The relevance of this work is determined by the urgency of expanding the interpretation and giving a clearer legal regulation of obtaining explanations for use on practices. The tasks of this work: to determine the importance of obtaining explanations, as verification action, to identify the problems of its legal consolidation, their analysis and ways to solve them.

The article considers models of risk assessment that can be applied to cargo transportation, for forecasting possible damage in the form of financial and material costs in order to reduce the percentage of probability of their occurrence. The analysis of risk by the method «Criterion. Event. Rule" is represented. This method is based on the collection of information by various methods, assigning an assessment to the identified risks, ranking and formulating a report on the analysis. It can be carried out as a fully manual mechanical method of information collecting and performing calculations or can be brought to an automated level from data collection to the delivery of finished results (but in this case some nuances that could significantly influence the outcome of the analysis can be ignored). The expert method is of particular importance, since it relies directly on human experience. In this case, a special role is played by the human factor. The collection of information and the assigned assessments to risk groups depend on the extent to which experts agree on this issue. The smaller the fluctuations in the values ​​of the estimates of the experts, the more accurate and optimal the results will be.

The article considers a set of factors that have a positive effect on the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, which determines the mechanisms of pedagogical influence on students in the process of subject learning. The types and characteristics of the factors are presented. The necessity of their realization in the educational process is grounded. We assumed: if the process of forming the research abilities of students in art lessons takes place under conditions of simultaneous influence of a number of circumstances that require adequate research behavior from students, then the factors determining this process should be understood as driving forces as a necessary condition determining its nature. And on this basis, we will carry out our search. We have identified a set of factors that affect the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, it seems to us quite sufficient as an environment of pedagogical influence on students in the implementation of the goal.

В данной статье раскрываются моменты уголовного преследования по делам о международном терроризме. Выражено беспокойство относительно процессуального положения прокурора, в уголовном преследовании лишённого полномочий по возбуждению уголовного дела. Внесены предложения, направленные на повышение эффективности уголовного преследования по делам о терроризме. Отмечен низкий уровень их раскрываемости, увеличение количества совершения террористических актов. Возбуждение и последующее расследование уголовного дела, а также поддержание государственного обвинения в суде выделены как основные формы уголовного преследования по делам о терроризме.

В данной статье на основе методов анализа, синтеза и сравнения исследованы тактические особенности расследования торговли людьми. На основе общих рекомендаций к проведению следственных действий автором раскрываются основные принципы проведения отдельных следственных действий с учетом специфики расследуемого преступления.
