The author of the article points out, that modern civilizational confrontation in the territories of the Former Soviet Union testifies to the historical insolvency of the United States current geopolitical strategy, undermining the foundations of current world order. In this regard, the historical and philosophical understanding of the Soviet community, national priorities and historical perspectives of the national-public development of the USSR in the period between the two world wars is particularly relevant.
