In the monograph an integrated approach to the learning process in higher education and designing an information model of general scientific discipline is revealed; pedagogical conditions for the use of innovative pedagogical technologies and electronic learning tools are considered at the stage of basic training of marine transport specialists.

The article deals with issues related to ensuring the quality of the educational process in the system of higher professional education. The methodology and technology of a point-rating evaluation of the training session with students at the university is substantiated in the process of organizational and methodical activities for the control of the educational process at the faculty of the university. The article presents the “Technological map of the analysis of the training session” and justifies the technology of the score-rating evaluation of the training session in the system of higher professional education.

В данной статье исследователем излагается описание и результаты применения численного итерационного метода при моделировании сложных контактных задач.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы управления состоянием массива для обеспечения безопасного ведения горных работ и сокращении объемов вскрыши при сохранении устойчивости откосов уступов. Состояние массива горных пород зависит как от естественных, так и техногенных факторов. Для определения причин деформаций уступов и бортов карьеров, а также для разработки мероприятий по их прогнозированию и предотвращению необходимо в период строительства и эксплуатации карьеров обеспечить непрерывное наблюдение за устойчивостью откосов.

Как отмечает автор данной статьи, нормативно-правовая база общеобразовательной организации представлена локальными правовыми актами различного уровня в соответствии с федеральными, региональными и муниципальными нормативными правовыми актами. Поскольку в республике государственными языками являются русский и якутский, которые имеют равные государственные права, документы образовательной организации могут оформляться на якутском языке. Участники образовательного процесса, коренные жители, живущие в сельской местности Республики Саха (Якутия), вправе ознакомиться с локальными актами школы на родном якутском языке. Для этого необходимо правильно оформить русско-якутский перевод документацию среднего общеобразовательного учреждения.

В последние десятилетия автоматизация экономических операций способствовала снижению издержек, связанных с применением определенных ресурсов при отсутствии альтернативы использования иных. В результате сейчас у организаций появилась возможность сбалансированного и эффективного использования имеющихся ресурсов, что в свою очередь привело к повышению рентабельности их работы и обеспечению конкурентоспособности функционирования. В статье обозначены важнейшие направления автоматизации экономических операций в современных условиях.

В статье рассмотрен алгоритм автоматического формирования новых решений с точки зрения инструмента для упрощения и ускорения работы предприятия в целом. В работе рассмотрены специфики данного алгоритма, и где он используется на данный момент. Проанализированы его характеристики для выявления плюсов и минусов данного нововведения на предприятии.

Изменение условий рыночной экономики, рост интенсивности производства и конкуренции на рынках, стремление к повышению эффективности деятельности и используемых ресурсов определяют необходимость учета этих факторов при формировании стратегий развития вертикально-интегрированных компаний. В вертикально-интегрированных компаниях создаются возможности использования цепочек добавленной стоимости (ЦДС), включая увеличение объемов прибыли, получаемой предприятием, за счет решения проблемы двойной маржинализации, уменьшения транзакционных издержек, снижения неопределенности в работе с поставщиками, диверсификации, позволяющей снизить общий риск хозяйствования. Данные факторы необходимо учесть при разработке направления стратегии, при повышении эффективности инвестиционной деятельности в долгосрочной перспективе. Целью данной работы является уточнение методического подхода к разработке инвестиционной стратегии крупной компании с учетом специфики горной отрасли.

В данной статье рассмотрены особенности процессов управления логистикой складирования. Перечислены положительные и отрицательные стороны исследуемой отрасли. Определены пути повышения эффективности работы складского хозяйства. Проанализированы роль и место складов в транспортной логистике. Предложены пути решения проблем создания складской системы предприятия на основе оптимизации основных бизнес-процессов.

В статье предлагается использовать для прототипирования платформу 1С: Предприятие.

Статья посвящена основным сведениям по процессу производства алюминия. Сначала из добытой и обогащенной руды извлекают глинозем. Затем глинозем методом электролиза превращают в алюминий. Рассмотрены схема получения глинозема по способу Байера и восстановление алюминия процессом Холла-Эру.

This article is intended to identify advantages of applying process-oriented approach to the increased efficiency of medical support quality management. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve a number of tasks, consisting in the implementation analysis of definitions and identifying the specifics of medical support quality management contributed to confirming formulated hypothesis according to which administrative approach in quality management in the provision of medical services has less managerial potential than the process-oriented method, and it is more oriented to meet the needs of individuals in high-quality and affordable medical care. Theoretical and methodological basis is laid down by principles and aspects of activity and system approach as well as common management patterns acting as programmability of social actions applied in process-oriented approach. The author used methodology of the regulated influence of pursued policies and programs and such sociological methods of work as the collection, analysis, generalization, systematization of information.

The article looks into the ways of forming students’ ability to self-education in technical universities. It is defined that the work done by students on their own is the basic factor in successful achievement of the learning goals – formation of students’ multicultural personality and their communicative competence. One of the tools of such abilities development is communicative activities held by an English teacher in the classroom. Regular implementation of the communicative approach to learning forms students’ ability to self-education not only in the university but in their future career.

The article discusses the role of independent learning of foreign languages as an effective form of language education, that promotes acquisition of strong language skills and raises the interest in the foreign language among students. The author pays attention to the goals and objectives of independent learning, its organization, content, types and forms. It is concluded that systematic and carried out independent learning has a great educational value and contributes to the acquisition of the foreign language.

The article discusses the results of the survey conducted in the 4th grade of the secondary school №11 in the city of Yaroslavl in order to identify the extent of students’ employment, their lifestyle, fatigue, certain sanitary-and-hygienic indicators of the educational process. The authors have studied the illuminance level of the classroom, analyzed the school timetable, provided some recommendations.

The article proposes a method for calculating the taxonomic formula for the geoecological hazard of the cadastral district. The engineering-geological zoning map uses for calculating the balance of the territory by the hazard index – the basis of the taxonomic formula. The taxonomic formula as an open data set makes it possible to characterize the geoecological hazards of the territory of a district. The geoenvironmental hazard map of cadastral districts is necessary for regional model of spatial planning at the municipal level.

According to the author, automated information systems play a significant role in successful implementation of the strategy of modern Russian education. The use of information technologies in management in the aspect of improving the quality of education contributes to a change in functional responsibilities and the role of manager, change of organizational structure of management, the emergence of a certain regulation performance, changes in ways of management of an educational institution as a whole.
