Informatization of education today poses new demands on information systems, chief among them is their intellectualization. Introduction to information systems elements of artificial intelligence on all levels of their development and use – the future of information systems in education. This article discusses a model of such an information system.

The aim of this study was to examine the features of emotional intelligence among university students of study program "Physical education and sport". To achieve this goal Schutte Self-Report Inventory was employed. The results showed that female students have a higher ability to understand emotions, and male students – to manage their emotions.

Concepts of assets, contributed by a franchisee and franchisor in the development of the franchise network are given. The composition of the intellectual capital contributed by members of the franchise network in its formation and development is investigated. The concept of franchising network assets is inputed and the mechanism of their formation is described, as well as the impact on the value of the business participants of a franchise partnership. It is shown that out of a franchise network the assets invested by a franchisee in business development by themselves do not have the same value as in its composition.

This article describes the basics of important research task in managing the operation of industrial production and the economy of any region - ensuring the availability of qualified personnel in sufficient volume to meet the labor market demands and the establishment of information means and analytical support for management of vocational education system.

The following issue shows the role obfuscation system of methods of programs as one of security features of copyright in the development area both the software, and some types of hardware. Much attention ispaid to approach to program semantics concealment based on reduction of line items quantity of direct task and an exception of direct use of constants in the program while joint minimization of the size of the obviously given part of a pool and code complexity forming the rest of it.
