This article deals with the issue of creating a subject-developing environment of any age group in the DOW.

The part of the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of automation is the use of training and laboratory stands in the educational process of bachelors of the specialty 5B070200 "Automation and Control". At the department "Automation of production processes" (APP) of KSTU widely used laboratory complexes based on the equipment of world companies. The goals and objectives of the development of a new teaching and laboratory stand are determined. Studies of the selected programmable logic controller (PLC) are performed. PLC-compatible hardware and programming environment for the PLC is searched. The laboratory stand “Mechanical processing area” is selected as the control object. A flowchart of the control object and its control system have been developed. The main goal is the creation of a laboratory and methodological complex for studying the stand “Control system based on a Mitsubishi FХ5U controller” to control a real object — a belt conveyor made by Fischer Technik.

Water has unique properties. The chemical composition of water is very important for humans, since a person 60-70% consists of water. My research was devoted to the study of the content in the water of the rivers of St. Petersburg of such chemical elements as iron and chlorine. The results of the research showed that tap water meets the sanitary requirements of drinking water quality, while in the river waters there was an increased content of the investigated elements.

The author states, that the coaching environment created by the sports team is positively related to the perception of the athlete's success as a task orientation. In conclusion, it is noted that athletes better appreciate the coach's ability to create an environment that enhances them than does not enable them.

The article examines the powers of the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Utilities Sector of the Russian Federation, specifics of its functioning within the system of executive bodies of Russia; There is being researched the activity of this Ministry, aimed at the development of urban planning, architecture and housing and communal services in Russia. The research of the history of the emergence of a separate and special body that manages the construction, urban planning, territory improvement, and аuthor's analysis of modern Russian legislation allows the author to identify the features of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation as a subject of administrative law. In addition, after carrying out such a study, conclusions are drawn about the significance of the existence of this ministry in the system of Russian government bodies.

The authors note that at children iron deficiency anemia leads to growth of infectious incidence of respiratory organs and digestive tract. Iron is necessary for normal functioning of structures of a brain, at its insufficient contents the psychological child development is broken. At the children who had iron deficiency anemia in infancy at the age of 3–4 years there are violations of transfer of nervous impulses from the centers of a brain to organs of hearing and sight because of violation of a miyelinizathion and, as a result of it, violation of conductivity of nerves. In children, early detection of risk factors leads to a decrease in the incidence of scarce anemia.

The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.

The article deals with the ecological problems of the Pavlodar-Irtysh Priirtyshye. For a long time, it was believed that the Pavlodar region in terms of pollution is not a problem region. Recently, ecologists of the region have been alarmed by the fact that in the short period, since the 1990s, the region has become a leader in the level of air pollution. Today, in terms of pollution level, the Pavlodar region takes the third place in the republic. One of the causes of pollution of the environment is the rapid development of industry. As a part of ecological support, our students, like many other residents of the Pavlodar region, are involved in cleaning up their native city and the Irtysh floodplain, as a favorable habitat is an important part of life and health of people.
