Based on the physical model of «unpacking» a fluid, published in 1983 to explain the physical nature of surface tension, an explanation of capillary phenomena was proposed. The unified physical nature of the condensation process and the processes in the capillaries expressed in terms of the surface tension of the liquid is proved. To prove the applicability of the «unpacking» model for capillary phenomena, an empirical Borelli-Jurin formula for determining the height of fluid lifting in capillaries was theoretically derived depending on the magnitude of the surface tension. The assumptions under which the formula is obtained are indicated. In addition, the article proposes a new formula for determining the maximum height of liquid lift in the capillaries, depending on the critical temperature of the liquid and the molecular weight of the liquid.

Questions of management of hotel activity based on provisions of modern social policy in Russia are considered in the work. Support of social tourism within realization of social policy of the state can provide to hotel business additional segments of the market. Segments can be such social groups as youth, the elderly, persons with disabilities. Studying the needs of these social groups will help the hotel business to develop a competent management strategy.

The key factors having an impact on decline in production of work and falling of level of quality of products in the aerospace industry are considered in the article. The analysis of dynamics of development of the aerospace industry is carried out, the statistical data characterizing position of the Russian aviation industry on the world scene are provided. Loudspeakers of the index of labor productivity are analyzed, its influence on quality of products of the industry is estimated. Interrelations are revealed and proved, the tendency to improvement of the situation in the industry is planned.

The article analyzes the corpus of legal acts regulating the sphere of tourism. it is shown that the complex nature of tourism, its formation by many social relations, determines its regulation by the norms of several branches of law. It is specified that the state of regulation of the tourism industry depends on the current position of the branch dominant in the system of law.

According to the properties of melting points and boiling points of the elements of the periodic table of D.I. Mendeleyev the application of the unpacking hypothesis of the substance was verified. The article contains the results of the verification. In general, according to the data for 98 substances taken from the information in Internet, convergence of results with an error of up to 40% for 73 substances was obtained. The effect of periodicity on the result is found. An exception to the calculated dependences was obtained for ten substances: noble gas and most halogens. A large discrepancy between the theoretical formulas and the reference data was also caused by the 14 elements of the middle groups.

In this article studies of radiation radon characteristics of sites for the construction of the Volgograd region are presented. The regularities of radon distribution at the objects of the construction complex were established, depending on the influence of various factors. The studies made it possible to calculate the average annual effective equivalent doses to the population of the Volgograd Region caused by radon and daughter decay products.

To study this level, two tasks based on the technique of identifying the features of coherent speech development in preschool children of N.G. Smolnikova and E.A. Smirnova were used.

В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема курения и его влияния на газообмен в организме человека. Для понимания процесса диффузии приведены формулы, на основании которых рассматривается изменение данных процессов при влиянии компонентов табачных изделий. Исследование данной проблемы позволяет посмотреть на последствия не только с медицинской, но и с технической точки зрения, а также дает возможность задуматься над разработкой альтернативных вариантов.

У автора имеется точная формула, определяющая частоту принятого поля по углу-расстоянию, и связь этого угла-расстояния со скоростью расширения Вселенной. Таким образом было подтверждено расширение Вселенной с помощью точных формул.

В данной статье обобщены результаты исследования влияния музыки на растения. Обоснована актуальность исследования. Определены цель и задачи эксперимента. Перечислены материалы и оборудование, используемые в процессе изучения растений. Приведено подробное описание основных этапов исследования влияния различной музыки на рост и развитие растений на примере растений гречихи.

Посредством применения метода статистического анализа в статье определен высокий индекс частотности использования эпитетов в рассказе «Звезда над лесом» Стефана Цвейга. Установлено, что в данном произведении доминируют оценочные эпитеты. Менее распространены в нем уточняющие и цветовые эпитеты. Эпитеты выполняют оценочную и экспрессивную функции в рассказе Стефана Цвейга.

В данной статье рассмотрены отличия понятий «обязательство» и «задолженность» с бухгалтерской точки зрения. Уделено внимание исследованию бухгалтерского учета кредиторской задолженности, в процессе которого установлено, что правильность учета расчетов с контрагентами во многом зависит от контрольных процедур, совершаемых при учете данной категории. В связи с этим разработан алгоритм действий бухгалтера, обеспечивающий своевременный и полный контроль задолженности пред поставщиками и подрядчиками.

Рост вовлеченности населения страны в занятия физической культурой и спортом является одним из важенйших целевых показателей Федеральной целевой программы «Развитие физической культуры и спорта в Российской Федерации на 2016–2020 годы» (далее – Программа). Целями Программы являются создание условий, обеспечивающих возможность гражданам систематически заниматься физической культурой и спортом в любой форме, а одним из основных целевых показателей и индикатором Программы обозначена единовременная пропускная способность (ЕПС) объектов спорта как фактор обеспечения совершенствования условий для развития массового спорта. В статье представлены результаты анализа действующих методик расчета ЕПС.
