The article considers the issue of an individual approach application to teaching children with mental deficiency. The author came to the conclusion that in a complex of corrective-educational work conducted with children with intellectual disabilities, a special place belongs to the individual approach.

According to the properties of melting points and boiling points of the elements of the periodic table of D.I. Mendeleyev the application of the unpacking hypothesis of the substance was verified. The article contains the results of the verification. In general, according to the data for 98 substances taken from the information in Internet, convergence of results with an error of up to 40% for 73 substances was obtained. The effect of periodicity on the result is found. An exception to the calculated dependences was obtained for ten substances: noble gas and most halogens. A large discrepancy between the theoretical formulas and the reference data was also caused by the 14 elements of the middle groups.

Researchers provide evidence of the absence of a thermonuclear reaction on stars and the fact that the energy of solar radiation is electrical energy, not thermonuclear. In addition, the existence of dark matter is questioned in the work. The authors also prove that it is necessary to exclude the term "synchronization", which has no right to exist due to the absence of satellites rotation of the planets around their axes.

This article describes the principles of assessing the vulnerability of buildings from landslides based on simulation. Approaches to the interpretation of the results of such modeling for vulnerability assessments are substantiated. The analysis of simulation results for different variants of landslides impact on buildings of different structures is carried out. Curves of vulnerability of buildings from landslides of different sizes are constructed. Vulnerability values can be used in risk assessments as part of engineering-geological surveys and other types of work.

Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.

Authors focused on study of small communities of the social network Vkontakte. For this purpose, specialized program for collecting open data from such communities was developed, which is available in the public domain. The program is easy to use and allows you to collect data about the participants and calculate basic metrics of small communities. The output format is organized in a such way that it can be used without any additional processing in the program for analysis and visualization of networks – Gephi, which significantly enhances the capabilities of researchers. Numerical simulations were made to demonstrate features of the program.

This article deals with the problem of describing the dialogical speech within the framework of the work of Bernhard Schlink, attention is paid to the linguistic elements used to transmit communicative acts and to the authors' goals aimed at the realization of creative intent. The purpose of the work is to consider the features of the transmission of live, real speech in the works of Bernhard Schlink. The work is of a survey nature. It provides examples of the author's use of phonetic, lexical and syntactic elements of the language, which contribute to the creation of a real dialogical speech between the characters. It was revealed that the description of communal acts in the works of Bernhard Schlink is characterized by a tendency to a strong emotional impact on the reader, the use of means of various linguistic levels responds to the author's desire to differentiate the text of the work in a stylistic way. From the lexical point of view Schlink resorts to the use of various kinds of colloquial elements of the language or units of low style, here are used phraseological units, modal particles, interjections, etc. From the syntactic side, the author uses incomplete sentences, free word order and etc. In the phonetic plan, the author shortens words, deafens them, as this happens during a real communicative act. The use of colloquial elements in the works allows the author to diversify the text stylistically and makes it more interesting for the reader, which is confirmed by the fact that Bernhard Schlink belongs to the most popular German writers of the day.

The article deals with the ecological problems of the Pavlodar-Irtysh Priirtyshye. For a long time, it was believed that the Pavlodar region in terms of pollution is not a problem region. Recently, ecologists of the region have been alarmed by the fact that in the short period, since the 1990s, the region has become a leader in the level of air pollution. Today, in terms of pollution level, the Pavlodar region takes the third place in the republic. One of the causes of pollution of the environment is the rapid development of industry. As a part of ecological support, our students, like many other residents of the Pavlodar region, are involved in cleaning up their native city and the Irtysh floodplain, as a favorable habitat is an important part of life and health of people.

One such option is the company's outsourcing, which is the subject of this article. Outsourcing is a direction that was founded almost three decades ago, but still enjoys increased attention due to its approaches to considering the resources and performance of organizations. Under the influence of globalization, which we can now observe in all aspects of production, as well as the opening of markets and economies, outsourcing cannot be ignored by the management of the enterprise. Nevertheless, the gap between theory and real practice still exists. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an algorithm for introducing outsourcing into the practical activities of the enterprise.
