В статье рассмотрен порядок определения необходимой величины собственного капитала для обеспечения платежеспособности страховщика в соответствии с Директивой Solvency II Европейского парламента и Совета, а также отмечено, что установленная Solvency II стандартная формула нечувствительна к индивидуальным особенностям портфеля конкретной страховой или перестраховочной компании. Как следствие, увеличение сложности расчетов может не привести к увеличению степени достоверности результатов. Автором предложена модель для объективного определения необходимой величины собственного капитала с учетом актуарных характеристик страхового портфеля, в котором приняты во внимание случайный характер страховых выплат и наличие неопределенности исходных данных, использованных в расчете страховых тарифов. Данная модель может использоваться в качестве элемента внутренней модели страховой или перестраховочной компании в соответствии с Solvency II.
