Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the use of social capital by migrant workers in the labor market. It is noted that the study of social capital as a factor of competition in regional labor markets remains relevant. Social capital has a significant impact on the process of acculturation of migrant workers. The study of the social component of the capital of migrant workers is important for optimizing the functioning of regional economic systems.

This paper investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are used in improving the advertising communications effectiveness. The authors analyze how the use of AI can affect the advertising campaign effectiveness, and also consider the potential application of AI in the global advertising market. The object of the study is advertising communications of commercial enterprises. The subject is using AI in advertising communications. This article attempts to identify and characterize the directions of using artificial intelligence in advertising communications to improve their effectiveness. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are supposed to be solved: to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of targeting using AI; to consider the AI use to create unique advertising content (generation of texts, images and video content); to identify opportunities to analyze large amounts of data on the behavior and preferences of the target audience, its segmentation and, accordingly, the creation of personalized advertising messages; to consider the possibilities of providing personalized support for communications with customers using AI in advertising communications. As a result of the study, the authors offer a definition and characteristics of the main directions for using artificial intelligence in advertising communications.

The paper examines the conceptual apparatus and basic approaches to understanding the essence, features and functions of social capital. The article explores the influence of social capital on the labor market. Particular attention is paid to the study of networks of social connections that form social capital in the labor market in accordance with network theory.

В статье рассматривается феномен применения новостной повестки в качестве инструмента контент-маркетинга. Ньюсджекинг применяет актуальный новостный тренд для привлечения внимания широких слоев аудитории, а также для поднятия трафика в новых медиа. Авторы подчеркивают актуальность применения технологии, что обусловлено современными реалиями – множеством инфоповодов, которые затрагивают широкие массы аудитории. В статье описаны факторы, влияющие на широкое распространение инструмента, суть ньюсджекинга, а также приведен актуальный опыт применения с последующими результатами. Результатом исследования является вывод об использовании технологии совместно с принципами care-marketing, необходимыми для оптимальных коммуникаций с аудитории в условиях 2022 года.

«Factors that Influence the Hostels’ Activity in Odintsovo»
In currently dynamic environment and fierce competition, hostels are forced to focus not only on the internal state of affairs of the company, but also on developing a long-term strategy of behavior that would allow them to quickly respond to changes in their environment. To analyze the micro-level of the organization's external environment, a competitive analysis is used according to the Porter's five forces model (the intensity of competition among existing players, the threat of the appearance of substitute goods, the threat of new players on the market, the bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of consumers). The article analyzes the Porter's model and assesses the factors that influence hostels’ activities in Odintsovo.

The primary purpose of this study is to identify market opportunities and factors affecting the development of channels for the distribution of cosmetic products on the Russian market. The authors analyze the factors that influence the existing market situation of the channels of distribution of cosmetic products. According to the results of the marketing research, it is revealed that the distribution channels of the cosmetic products market may have possible advantages, which in the near future may take a leading position in the market segments, namely the use of innovative ingredients that provide skin nutrition; satisfaction of consumer expectations; price concessions as opposed to competitors, a wide range of products.
