A new technology for processing vegetative plants on large agricultural areas at night with a UAV is described. The use of an unmanned aerial vehicle as a mobile platform with a device attached to it for stimulating non-thermal intensity of vegetative plants with optical laser radiation at various stages of ontogenesis contributes to the development of plants at the initial stages of vegetation and, as a consequence, at later stages of growth, increasing their resistance to certain diseases and productivity., which allows at the stage of storage to significantly increase the safety of the crop without additional investment in the vegetable store.

The article deals with the problem of increasing the efficiency of processing and interpretation of aerospace information. For this purpose, it is proposed to use artificial intelligence methods such as pattern recognition, neural expert systems, geoinformation technologies. Using the example of constructing a geoinformation expert system for assessing the suitability of lands, a method is shown for integrating a set of data and technologies to reduce time and increase the reliability of interpretation of the results of processing satellite information.

The article describes the innovative author's development of training in clothing design. The advantage of this method for motivation and formation of professional competencies is proved. The peculiarities of urbanizing processes in rural regions are offered in the article. Their ulterior properties are defined. Regarding such peculiarities of Russian rural regions’ urbanization, it is recommended to assign a status of towns to a more urbanized rural regions, and a status of urban-type settlements to a less urbanized ones.

The article concentrated on the topic of using religious discourse for political purposes. The example of the presidential election campaign in Ukraine (2018–2019) shows that religious discourse is inextricably linked to the issue of national identity in the Ukrainian political process. This conclusion has been made of discourse analysis the news reports which were in Ukrainian TV channels during the election campaign: 1+1, Inter, ICTV and TRC Ukraine.

The article shows that in the training process of modern weightlifters of high qualification, combinations of several most effective methods of developing muscle strength are used. During the preparation of the article, the analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the research topic was carried out. The training plans of qualified weightlifters were also studied. The results of the study allow us to conclude that from 70% to 90% of the total training load of qualified weightlifters falls on exercises performed using the method of repeated effort and the method of short-term maximum stress

To obtain the results of this study, methods of analysis, synthesis and deduction were used. As a result of the study, the authors came to the conclusion that innovative technologies underlie the convergence of educational activities, the development of knowledge, skills, which in turn make it possible to apply a personality-differentiated approach in teaching a foreign language.

The potential connection between consumption of red meat and development of colorectal cancer has been the subject of scientific discussion for a long time. However, uncertainty persists to this day. Consumption of processed meat and red meat may play a role in colon carcinogenesis, among other risk factors. An analysis of the updated data demonstrates an ever-smaller connection between red meat consumption and colorectal cancer incidence.

In the article the methods of using lean production tools for elimination of each kind of waste are considered. The reasons of waste occurrence and consequences to which they lead are determined. Recommendations for elimination of waste for garment production are suggested.

This article discusses the manifestation of dangerous hydrometeorological processes in the Central Federal district. The analysis of manifestation dynamics of these dangers is carried out. The dependences of the hazardous processes cases number in general and by categories of on the temperature regime consequences are considered in the article. It was found out that within areas where average annual temperature exceeds annual temperature in the Central Federal district the number of hurricanes and heavy rains exceeds the average value, and the number of cases leading to negative consequences associated with blizzards and snowfall well below their average long-term manifestations, but the number of floods above their average values. The algorithm of calculation of forecast economic damages from manifestation of hydrometeorological dangers is offered.
