The article examines the organization of reflection, analyzes the possibilities of its use, provides a classification of services for its implementation, and focuses on identifying potential barriers and limitations to the use of this technology.

The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage. Periodicity of wide class of functions as a result of reflection of even and arbitrary regular functions is proved. This paper explores the productive opportunities of instructional design intended to solving problems of vocational teaching reflection of educational process subjects in design.

The author has noted that the main goal of personally-oriented education is a holistic personality development and formation of personal self-reflection and process actualization of personal development.
