This article describes the ways to improve the automated system of technological preparation of manufacturing. The method for optimizing the planning of technological equipment based on the use of artificial neural networks was developed for the automated system of technological preparation of manufacturing.

There are some discrepancies and inaccuracies in the interpretation of certain events associated with the establishment and operation of schools and the organization of the educational process in them in the military-historical literature and other sources dealing with the military special schools’ foundation in St. Petersburg, where the training for the artillery corps had been provided during the first half of the eighteenth century. In particular, it is argued that the Saint-Petersburg artillery school «for Pushkarsk children» was established on May 20, 1730. In this article, the author, based on the study of new archival sources, specifies the date of establishment of this school. Scientific work also aims to complete the existing information about the organization and the activities of the artillery military special schools in St. Petersburg during this period. In addition, for the first time some archival sources are being introduced into scientific circulation.

The article is devoted to the study of medieval monuments located on the Ustyurt, such as Aybuir feces Erburun, Karaumbet, Kiyazhol, Urga, as well as written records about them. New data collected in the period of independence, namely, information about the monuments located on the Ustyurt Pulzhay, Toprak Kala, Bograhan where given a certificate of residential buildings locations, their areas and building materials, identified as a result of archaeological research.

The paper is devoted to the problem of the contradiction between the influence of modern cinema to the social mood of students and lack of knowledge about the nature of this phenomenon, its forms and the need to overcome it. Collecting primary data was carried out by questionnaire with the following treatment by IBM SPSS Statistics v21.0. The study also used such methods of data processing, as the frequency distribution and content analysis. The study revealed the main features and consequences of the impact of modern films on students.

This training flash program is recommended for implementation in the educational process in educational practice and it consists of «Care for surgical patients» module. The computer program includes educational material, revealing the structure and equipment of the surgical department with the use of animation clip. In order to check the quality of learning, the student must pass a test and solve situational problems. This article is devoted to the indicated problem.

The paper deals with the effectiveness of the single well heat exchanger for extraction of deep heat energy of the bowels of the Earth. The classification of renewable sources of energy is presented. The authors describe the subsurface temperature regime on the territory of Russia and give definition to the concept of temperature reduction because of the use of the single well heat exchanger. The results of computational and parametric study of the single well heat exchanger are presented.

The article presents original design and technological recreational and sports facilities for winter sports with artificial relief. Based on the examples of existing facilities the author examined quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the complexes that determined the scope and relevance of the data of natural and technical systems. The material contains photographs of objects in different periods of their life cycle in the construction and operation. The basic trends of the innovative sports building on the example of Moscow have been identified and formulated.

This article defines the factors forecasting significancy, affecting development, birth and survival rate of the children with congenital heart disorder. The families with children with congenital heart disorder and without it and 105 children with congenital heart disorder are studied. The authors use such research methods as polling and complex clinical and functional examination of children with congenital heart disorder. More important factors, indicating the high risk of the baby with congenital heart disorder impregnation, baby’s formed congenital heart disorder probability, characteristics, designating the chance of live birth with congenital heart disorder are considered.

The assessment approach is based on the analysis of main quantitative characteristics of strong ground motions required for the construction of earth dams in seismic zones. Methodologically, the approach to provide for appropriate zoning for hazardous industries involves conducting a process that consists of several stages typical for earth dams. The results of research are based on seismic hazard assessment for the facilities in Mongolia, Amur Region and Khabarovsk Territory.

This article examines the literary translation as a normative value system of contacting cultures, reveals its intercultural and communicative functions. The role and place of literary translation as one of the most important tools for building relationships in the international community is defined. This problem is solved by the example of the translation of novels by the French writer J. Simenon in the Russian language. The author of the article analyzes the errors made in the translation and reveales their negative role in the dialogue of cultures.

The article analyzes ecological reforms of Uzbekistan’s industrial towns, especially towns of Tashkent region, during the years of Independence. The analysis shows the improvement of ecological balance, as a result of governmental arrangements undertaken for solving the ecological problems in the town. The article demonstrates the abatement of industrial pollution as a result of re-organizing industrial factories by investments. The statistical data shows the reduction of air pollution by deleterious waste in the town, which was caused by the effect of industrial plants reorganization that phase down during the first years of Independence, as a joint venture and technical and technological re-equipment of them. The ecological state of each industrial town is analyzed separately in the article. The author uses governmental decrees, periodicals, documents of town hall, archive data, as well newspapers and magazines that show eco-environment of the republic.

The author considers different points of view of representatives of the German criminal law according to the doctrine on this issue. In conclusion, the Special part of penal law of Germany as a science and a branch of the law should be primarily based on existing legislation, i. e. the criminal code of Germany, including the rules of the Special part.
