Work experience in the use of the "Geometric Blanket" manual by kindergarten teachers as part of the implementation of the "Cheerful Geometry" project in educational work with preschool children.

The article generalises group work in class project developing, refers to works of outstanding soviet psychologists and teachers dealing with personal activity of a student as the key to his achievements. The author describes effective forms of pair and group work in developing projects.

Цель исследования – дать определение терминам «имидж» и «политический имидж». Выяснить происхождение понятий. Определить, что в себя включает имидж политического лидера. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке подходов для классификации имиджа в политике. В результате выделены и охарактеризованы три подхода (функциональный, контекстуальный и сопоставительный), которые в свою очередь подразделяются на различные типы. А также, разработаны основные составляющие имиджа политика.

The article analyses the results of a study investigating self-presentation in social media among adolescents. The results suggest that not all teenagers are familiar with optimal ways of online self-presentation.

The article discusses the features of the cognitive processes of students, including the process of cognition in context with the artistic and educational environment that ensures the reflection of the phenomena of the objective world in solving the upcoming life tasks. The impact of an insufficiently objective attitude to the discipline «Visual arts» in school teaching practice, which influences the development of cognitive-visual (visual-cognitive) thinking of students, is shown. It is in the artistic and educational environment that the skills of visual perception of various information are formed using the pictorial language of images, clarity, sign and symbolic systems that promote the conscious use of concepts and inference in any academic discipline. As a result, it is shown that the development of cognitive processes includes the formation of internal motivational activity of children, methods of perception of visual information associated with information exchange, inspired by cognitive metaphor and cognitive load, as a result, children's intellectual development, including cognition, explanation and understanding of educational information.

Collected regionalisms complement «the Dictionary of regionalisms» in the city of Yekaterinburg under the editorship of T.V. Popova. This article is devoted to the using the first language in learning English. In the article, the author suggests two principles that should be considered whenever teachers face a problem in teaching English. The first principle is that, as a matter of professional pride, teachers should try to solve classroom problems through the application of pedagogical skills rather than through administrative or disciplinary procedures. The second principle is that most problems have a variety of causes, which to some degree reflect the variety of individuals in a class. There is, thus, likely to be a variety of solutions, and so a teacher may need to put together a package of complementary solutions rather than just try one possible solution.

The article analyzes ways of encoding mental experience in language structures, examines the effect of information filters of consciousness that starts the process of substitution of intentional subject-of-interest and distortion of the represented experience. The author introduces two dimensions of symbolic representation, describes four types of relationships between representing and represented.
