Different organizations are under the conditions of migration. The problems with supplying them with access to people by means of communication services is observed in this article. The article deals with the problems related to the reform of the rules of criminal liability for fraud in the Criminal Code of our country. A general description of the corpus delicti related to fraud and its species referred to in section 22 of the Criminal Code «Fraud and criminal misuse of trust» are given. The article analyzes the psychological problems of professional development and training of teachers in system of improvement of professional skill.
