В статье показана образовательная среда детского сада, которая представляет для ребенка пространство, где протекает естественная и реальная жизнь, что становится предпосылкой для решения двух важных взаимосвязанных проблем. С одной стороны, максимально приближает учебно-воспитательные ситуации к реалиям детской жизни, что помогает личностному принятию их ребенком; с другой – учит ребенка действовать и общаться в ситуациях, максимально приближенных к социальному бытию человека.

В данной статье рассмотрена проблема создания здоровьесберегающей среды для детей с интеллектуальной недостаточностью, у которых нередко проявляются врожденные пороки развития и выраженные неврологические расстройства. Обоснована актуальность исследуемой темы. Отмечены основные аспекты понятий «здоровьесберегающая среда» и «здоровьесберегающая технология». Выделены главные компоненты здоровьесберегающей среды психоневрологического медико-социального учреждения.

The article presents the experience of working with preschool children to build the Foundation of the ecological worldview through interaction with plants. In the XXIst century the role of tax administration is becoming more and more important in the increasingly stiff competition and economic reforms in the World Economy. The article has studied the human factor regarding it as an inseparable part of tax administration. The article also investigates the following issues tax administration faces: provision of new tax privileges for imported goods, provision of favorable tax incentives for local goods in case of joining the Eurasian Economic Union, repression of tax/GDP correlation, etc. Imperfections was identified in each field and the ways for their solution have been suggested.

The questions connected with the organization of group work with the elementary school students are revised in this article as well as its object, objectives, advantages and difficulties which may occur during the preparation work. The author reveals the essence and meaning of the pedagogical facilitation and draws attention that one of the conditions for its effective organization is the pedagogical facilitation of the teacher and the safe educational environment.
