One of the urgent problems of modern linguistics and intercultural communication is a lexicographical description of speech in conjunction with its peculiar cultural background. This problem is solved by creating a vocabulary that reveals the child's world through language. This bilingual child has never been the object of lexicographing and linguocultural analysis before. The selected approach to the study of speech features of bilingual children is stipulated by the role of cultural background in the system of language means reflecting the specific perception of life conditions in several cultures at the same time. For the first time the authors developed a model describing lexicographical vocabulary of bilingual child speech. The main method of collecting material was questionnaires.

This article presents the results of microbiological tests of soils in emergency oil and gas facilities in Yakutia. The author found that in the process of self-healing soil is not sufficiently cleansed of hydrocarbon contamination and are in the environmental stress. The signs of soil degradation are thinning or absence of vegetation, phytotoxicity, changes in physical and chemical properties of the soil: formation of lumpy soil structure, hydrophobicity, salinity, high pH values, lack of available phosphorus, nitrate nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, phytotoxicity.

Целью данной статьи является анализ правовых основ германского законодательства в сфере и уголовно-правовой доктрины о системе Особенной части Уголовного кодекса Германии. В том числе конституционных основ защиты прав и свобод человека и гражданина в ФРГ. Автором анализируется уголовное законодательство ФРГ. Особое внимание обращается на то, что преступные деяния, посягающие на рассматриваемую группу прав, содержатся не только в Уголовном кодексе ФРГ, но и в законах, относящихся к так называемому дополнительному уголовному праву (Nebenstrafrecht). В заключении делается вывод о комплексности и многоаспектности проблемы.
