The article observes the main problems of organizing and carrying out the educational diagnosis in distance learning. Studying different approaches to monitoring showed that such control types as routine control and self-control are more efficient and effective. There is a difficulty of carrying out the control in distance learning: the need for accurate identification of the learner's personality. Despite existing technologies and recent developments in this area, the problem of preventing the test results from falsification is not fully resolved. According to the authors, the basic type of routine control when educating distantly remains the student obligatory attendance.

The article represents the results of empirical research of organizing initial school children’s solitary work at the lesson “The world around us”. The author considers self-control to be the basis for increasing solitary work efficiency and for improving the results of independent work at the lesson.

Modern studies of the population structure in the Russian Federation show that the improvement of living conditions and the development of medicine causes the rapid growth of the share of people, who are older than working age. Nowadays, the number of such people in our country is about 21%. These measures can be a catalyst for modernization and increase the number of qualified and experienced personnel in government.

The article reflects the results of an empirical research conducted in the travel agency «Voyage» in Gatchina in order to reveal the preferences of its customers about weekend routes to Saint Petersburg for the spring of 2016 and their willingness to pay for the service of the travel agency via online payment services. The authors describe the most perspective areas for routes in St. Petersburg in the spring of 2016 and specific examples. The research contains recommendations concerning implementation of online payment services of the travel agency.

The article is devoted to studying the history of compound words in the Khakas language. The authors consider the Khakas linguistics to be poor in studies of compound words, including the history of studying. The results of the research can be used when studying morphology and syntax of the Turkic languages, particularly, the Khakass language.

The article presents the correlation and regression analysis of the influence of the Central Bank tools of Russian monetary policy on its aims. Such analysis is the basic method of estimating monetary policy efficiency by means of quantity-related parameters. The clinical forms of ecopathology and clinical and epidemiological features of congenital and acquired diseases of children living in the area of nuclear waste tailings (city Mailu-Suu Kyrgyz Republic) are studied in this article. The authors figured out that 52.6% of children living in stressful environmental conditions had a high medical and social risk of chronic disease.

Coping behavior is a combination of coping strategies and coping resources, it’s like constantly changing cognitive and behavioral efforts of the individual, which help him to manage internal and external requirements. This work presents the study of parasportsmen’s coping behavior features. The authors used coping test by Lazarus in the adaptation of T.L. Krjukova, E.V. Kuftyak, M.S. Zamyshlyaeva and «Multidimensional scale of social support» («MSPSS») by D. Zimet (in the adaptation of N.A. Sirota and V.M. Yaltonskij, modification of G.S. Korytova). However some questions were added according to the conditions of the research. This work demonstrates coping-strategies, which are suitable for parasportsmen, and how these people perceive social support.

Basing on the reports of leading consulting corporations and sustainable investment forums, the article makes an attempt to define the place of corporate pension funds in the global pension market. In particular, the role of the government regulations in the process of pension funds’ investment is revealed. Moreover, there is an emphasis on socially responsible investment policy of corporate pension funds as the most promising direction of development that contributes to the improvement of standard of living.

The article carries out an analytical review of different approaches to defining the “green economy” phenomenon. The main fields and ways of using this term are described. The existing environmental management tools (environmental impact assessment, certification, auditing and the best available techniques) do not allow to evaluate environmental compatibility of projects and technologies, and are not able to specify the ways of their optimization. The authors suggest estimates of non-wastes, specific consumption, ecological and economical effectiveness, land capacity. The efficiency of reducing their values to a single integral component was proved in the article.
