Student learning takes place as scheduled in the computer lab and at home on their own computers in thin client mode and cloud technologies. In line with the studied material discipline, students can take advantage of the cloud services. Attracting innovative methods has allowed roughly halved to intensify the process of learning material, boost academic performance (approximately 40–50%) and dramatically improve motivation to study discipline.

The results of empirical studies on the formation of civic identity of student's youth in the conditions of regional educational polymental space discussed in the monograph. The study, which was attended by 300 university students of the Chuvash Republic, was aimed at studying the civil and ethnic identity, civil identity characteristics (strength and valence), factors of consolidation, responsibility for what is happening on the different social distances, significance human rights and freedoms in the representation of student youth.

Kapustin and others.) has allowed authors to identify the specifics of the management activity of preschool educational organizations, the implementation of the operation strategies, development of education in preschool educational institution. Authors draws attention on research positions in the definition of «development program for preschool educational institution», as well as considers the management cycle of preschool organizations, describing the sequence of its stages. This article compares the position of both domestic and foreign researchers. In conclusion, it is defined that preschool management of the organization is a process that represents a set of continuous interrelated management functions and activities (actions and operations).

The study is devoted to the analysis of theory and practice of training specialists in the sphere of customs matter.
