The author outlines the experience of synchronizing documents that determine the content of education in the areas of training bachelors in library and information activities. She shows how the disciplines of the curriculum, the basic educational program, and the system of assignments for students’ extracurricular research work are brought in accordance with the requirements of employers expressed in the professional standard “Specialist in Library and Information Activities.”

The purpose of this study is to develop the description principles for lexicographic terminology in word-formation (WF) synthesis of Russian verbs. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time the terminological system for WF synthesis of verbs is presented as the object of lexicographic description and enhanced with inter-active web-based elements. As a result, it has been proven that this terminological dictionary can serve not only as an informational and methodological instrument, but it also can become an effective teaching tool for studying Russian verb synthesis. The main macro-structure of the designed dictionary features the departure from the traditional alphabetic organization of the material, utilizing instead the principle of zoning by synthesis levels (the root and the word formation levels). Each lexicographic entry is augmented with interactive links to digital Russian explanatory dictionaries and to the Russian National Corpus (RNC) database.

This article focuses on the security of personal data in social networks. In modern society, almost each of us is registered in at least one social network, where we communicate and exchange information with each other. However, there are significant risks and dangers, since the personal data of many people can be stolen. The style of openness and spontaneity that is characteristic of communication in social networks can often be used by detractors or criminals. In this article, the problems associated with the security of personal data of users of social networks were considered, and an analysis was made of ways to protect personal data in social networks. The article also points out exactly how users of social networks on their own, without resorting to anyone else's help, can ensure the security of their personal data and warn them against leakage and theft.

The purpose of the study is to present the terminology of word-formation synthesis as an organized system and identify the stages of development of its relevant terms. The scientific novelty of the study resides in the fact that a structured corpus of word-formation synthesis terms with elements of definitional analysis is introduced into scientific usage. As a result, it has been proven that the terminology of word-formation synthesis is a multilevel, hierarchically organized system, and the inventory of units within it changes at different stages of research. The system of modification synthesis terms is examined and tested with and through several proprietary novel web scraping algorithms that allow extracting the verbs of sound from digital databases of contemporary dictionaries and the National Corpus of the Russian language.

The article discusses the features and main problems that require the provision of social assistance to single-parent families in the upbringing and development of children, determines the main reasons that make it difficult to create a favorable educational environment for a child in an incomplete family, determines the main goals and objectives, directions for providing social pedagogical assistance to an incomplete family in the process of its support, the role of a specialist in the social sphere of activity in providing social assistance to this type of family is noted.

The main task of methodological work at the university is to link into a single methodological block the entire system of scientific-methodological and organizational-methodological support of training areas at the Institute, and not just individual disciplines, to significantly improve the quality of bachelor's and master's training on this basis. The study of the need for people with disabilities due to coronary artery dis-ease in various types of medical and social rehabilitation over a 7-year observation period showed that disabled people needed medical rehabilitation in 100% of cas-es, in professional – in 43.2%, in social – 88.6%, in technical means of rehabilita-tion in 7.6%. In the section of medical rehabilitation, 89.3% of disabled people needed inpatient rehabilitation treatment, 91.1% – outpatient treatment, 46.3% – in sanatorium treatment. Rational employment was needed by 44.8% of disabled persons of group III, 6.1% – disabled persons of group II. 86.4% of disabled peo-ple needed information and consulting services, 77.6% needed legal assistance, 39.8% needed psychological assistance. The proportion of implemented IPRAs was 98.4%, of which in the section of medical rehabilitation – 98.3% of cases, in pro-fessional – 16.6%, in social – 77.7%. The IPRA was fully implemented in 69.6% of cases, partially in 27.3%, and the non-implemented IPRA was 3.1%. As a result of the implementation of these measures, 6.3% of disabled people achieved full com-pensation for impaired functions, 46.8% – partial compensation for impaired func-tions, 8.5% of disabled people achieved full self-service ability, 12.4% – partial, 17, 2% of disabled people are provided with employment. When assessing the need for people with disabilities due to coronary artery disease in various types of reha-bilitation, the leading role of medical rehabilitation with active dynamic control and psychological assistance, the need for motivation for vocational rehabilitation was determined.

Currently, a number of measures are being implemented at the federal and regional levels aimed at developing scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel and providing targeted support to individual groups of researchers, research teams, young scientists and students. The existing mechanisms for the development of the personnel potential of the scientific and scientific-educational sphere need to be supplemented with new mechanisms for supporting the effective reproduction of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel.

The following article describes new aspects of computer and software utilization in the forms of games for preschoolers with the use of the latest technologies and methods for the purpose of effective preparation for school. The creation and the appliance of programs in the forms of games aimed at focusing, memory improvement, logical thinking, teachings of alphabets of three languages, teaching of robotics, constructing and assembling parts of a robot helps in preschoolers’ preparation for school. The present work shows the method of teachings of parts of a machine or a robot by the means of completing other exercises such as learning English words or math tasks, it also promotes usage of the newest STEAM technologies and appliance of mnemonic in memory control for more efficient memorizing of new knowledge. In the beginning of studies as a warm-up it is possible to use programs for child’s focusing, concentrating, memory improving and logical thinking. It allows to begin other exercises aimed at acquisition of knowledge in different fields. The article describes the methods of teachings of foreign words associating them with the words of first or Russian language based on the methods of mnemonic, comparison, analysis and synthesis of data. The result of teachings with such methods offered the children knowledge of alphabets of three languages, it also allowed the children to concentrate, develop and improve their visual and logical memory, the children independently noted the similarities and differences of letters and pronunciation. Education in STEAM technologies and mnemonic offers the new approach to full development with child’s entrance in the world of knowledge of alphabets of three languages, the thesaurus of English words, based on effective methods of mnemonic.

The article is devoted to the issue of forming cognitive interest in younger students with intellectual disability. The issue is present not only among children with intellectual disability, but it is with them that it is most difficult to form it, since in primary school age these children still have a predominant play activity, as a result of which children with intellectual disability have distorted conception about the world around them. Intellectually disabled students tend to have a superficial acquaintance with any subject, as a result of which it is quite difficult for them to analyze and synthesize, so their perception and understanding also suffers. The correctional program presented in the article has a mission to eliminate these problems and help children in the formation of correct cognition.

This article discusses the problems of insufficient practical elaboration of the model of psychological and pedagogical support of children with impaired mental function in an inclusive group. The necessity of developing a model of psychological and pedagogical support and its use in the preparation of an adapted educational program for an older preschool child with impaired mental function in an inclusive group has been identified and justified.

Methodical problems, arising during the «Health and safety» teaching course in academies in terms of realization of transfer on a FSES of HVE 3++, and main ways of guiding effective tuition of students for better subject mastering are showcased in this article.
