В статье рассматривается проблема доставки учебного контента обучающимся в отраслевом вузе в условиях экономики знаний. Предлагается онтологический подход к организации данного процесса, позволяющий реализовать такие принципы информационной логистики, как полнота, непротиворечивость, точность, своевременность и актуальность, ориентированность, гибкость, технические возможности участников процесса обучения. Определяется специфика знаний, которые циркулируют в системе «отрасль – отраслевой вуз». Отмечается, что реализация принципов информационной логистики для эффективной доставки учебного контента предполагает создание сетевого образовательного ресурса в форме онтологий.

В статье рассмотрены особенности маркетинговой политики вуза в контексте изучения и учета предпочтений старших школьников как потенциальных абитуриентов при выборе учебного заведения. На основе анализа специфики выбора старших школьников автором сформулированы основные направления работы вуза в целях анализа и поддержки важнейших факторов, влияющих на их выбор. Автором проведен достаточно углубленный анализ этого процесса, показаны все сложности и особенности этого вопроса в современном образовательном, социальном и экономическом полях. Особое внимание уделено логике развития маркетинговой политики вуза, на основе реализуемых ими информационных программ для абитуриентов c целью правильного выбора.

В статье рассматривается проблема предпринимательского подхода в обучении с учетом низкого трудоустройства выпускников вузов. Анализируются причины низкого трудоустройства молодых специалистов, обсуждается роль высших учебных заведений в решении этих проблем. Приводятся итоги анкетного опроса студентов ВШНИ (института) по выявлению их намерений по трудоустройству после получения диплома.

The relevance of a question is caused by insufficient level of modernization processes regulation and formation of educational systems in regions. The higher education markets and labor markets are insufficiently interconnected in regions. The main tendencies of higher education development by the example of Siberian regions and the Far East are presented in the monograph. Mainly, they are ambiguous or adverse by character. The prolongation of it can lead to decrease in long-term competitiveness of regional education systems and to strengthening of the capital education systems monopoly position. The role of Siberia and the Far East regions in volume of the top skills training, by the number of network of higher education institutions and the operating dissertation councils, decreases. Special attention is paid to development of the higher education in the Novosibirsk region taking into account resource base, economic branch and regional specifics. To overcome unpromising tendencies it is necessary to develop interaction of interested parties and systematized researches of regional higher education on a reliable information base. The offered recommendations, submitted to alignment of competitive positions of regional higher education institutions are addressed to the representatives of the regional and federal authorities, the analysts and the researchers of labor markets and higher education.

The article deals with issues related to ensuring the quality of the educational process in the system of higher professional education. The methodology and technology of a point-rating evaluation of the training session with students at the university is substantiated in the process of organizational and methodical activities for the control of the educational process at the faculty of the university. The article presents the “Technological map of the analysis of the training session” and justifies the technology of the score-rating evaluation of the training session in the system of higher professional education.

The paper delivers the comparative analysis of the synthetic process of the relationship marketing development models. It is proved that in spite of difficulties in its structure the system models encourage a better understanding of the structure, functions and interconnections of the relationship marketing in the services sector of higher education institutions. The research insights showed that the modern conception of the institutional relationship marketing imposes the set of commercial, state and noncommercial marketing instruments. These instruments build the socioeconomic managing system of balanced cooperation of the subjects of higher education institutions’ services sector by the in-house marketing for the purpose of making ultimate solutions of internal and external problems in the higher education institutions turned to the satisfying the requirements of the target market.

The paper emphasizes the relevance of the reader’s competence development at the University by means of English as a Foreign Language as an important component of the formation of communicative professionally oriented competence for the purpose of pursuing long life professional, research and personal growth of graduates at the international level in a global multicultural world. Specificity of forming the readers’ competence of students of technical specialties at the University is analyzed, taking into account the educational levels of the academic space organization at the university. The set of essential approaches: competence, interdisciplinary and personality-oriented in the process of English for Specific Purposes learning is taken into account. The concept of “reading competence” is considered as a valuable component of general professional competence of Higher School students of non-linguistic major. The importance of using Internet technologies as an interactive basis for teaching English for Specific Purposes is accented.

В данной статье рассмотрены основные направления совершенствования системы управления вузом в условиях высокой скорости изменений. Предложено использовать возможности стратегического управления, проектного менеджмента и маркетинга для обеспечения конкурентоспособности организаций высшего образования.

Автор поднимает вопрос о применимости проектного подхода к регулированию качества трудовой жизни преподавателей вузов и рассматривает возможные ключевые риски, которые могут появиться в ходе реализации проекта мониторинга КТЖ.

The article defines the concept of a podcast. It describes the main advantages of using this technology. The guidelines on the subject matter, content and grouping learning materials in podcasts are given in this article. The authors provide a scheme of working with podcasts during independent study of a foreign language.

The article considers the possibilities of the organization of students training at technical university via the dialogue teaching. The author focuses on the analysis of many instances of using dialogue technology in the system of modern education and makes a conclusion that the dialogue technology contains enormous potential in its educational application at university. It requires further investigation, software design and methodological support.

Статья посвящена практике проведения итогового экзамена по английскому языку за курс бакалавриата на биологическом факультете МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова. Обоснована необходимость перехода с традиционного формата экзамена на формат, соответствующий формату одного из международных экзаменов. Перечислены аспекты, подлежащие оцениванию, и условия получения студентами сертификата, подтверждающего уровень владения иноязычной коммуникативной компетенцией на уровне В2 в сфере профессиональной деятельности выпускников, т.е. биологических наук.
