The aim of this article is to present the issues regarding the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the companies with special emphasis on disabled persons among firms. CSR refers to the standards for conduct that an organization sets for itself in its dealings within the organization and with the outside environment. The author reviewed the vast literature on the subject, starting with the publications, books and articles to different reports and case studies. The author wants to show corporate social responsibility from different angle and present different ways of adding value to company.

The article examines the science and society in their relations and interrelations, problems of self-organization of science. The author talks about the ways and forms of science as a social institution at the service of the public interest. One of the conclusions is that the level of development of science as an institution corresponds to the level of development of social relations.

In accordance with the article, 11 deposits coal on the territory of Tuva are accounted by State Reserves Register of the Russian Federation, the total profitable reserves are estimated at 1,12 billion tons whereof 936.6 thousand tons are dealt with as coking coals. The vast majority of explored deposits of coals of the republic are concentrated in the Ulugh-Khem basin, the total projected resources of which exceed 20 bill.t. It is substantiated that coking coal of the Ulugh-Khem basin is the most competitive resource of Tyva Republic. Low ash content, excellent caking index, low sulfur and phosphorus in coking coal of ranks GG and GZh indicate their high quality, according to these characteristics GG, GZh coal ranks take precedence over Kuznetsk and Pechora coals. About 70 bill.t of coking coal are annually mined in Russia, but there is a deficit on certain coal ranks. It is primarily related to internal prices increase for coking coal in Russia. According to forecasts of researchers coal deficit will rise up to 15–17 bill.t in the country.

The article presents the results of studying the influence of various schemes of planting seed tubers of Jerusalem artichoke on the rate of plant growth and development in the soil and climatic conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Differences in the rate of growth and development of plants are revealed, depending on the varietal features of Jerusalem artichoke and the density of their standing. The most optimal scheme for planting tubers of Jerusalem artichoke is 70x40 cm.

According to the author, the corporate structure of economic entities is objective need today owing to the fact that the created conditions of acceleration of economic development of the country often demand association of several legal entities and individuals conducting an entrepreneurial activity to achieve the required result. At the same time, the corporation is not independent legal form and its activity is not regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this regard, there is a set of various interrelations and the relations of economic entities which are based on a basis of self-government and membership of participants of corporation on long-term contractual and contract conditions. This, in turn, predetermines the search of new, most effective forms and methods of formation and development of control systems of corporations including increases in level of their personnel potential.

One of the main tasks of the educational process is not only to educate already known facts of science, but also to create all the conditions for realizing one's own potential by each student. Given the historical features of Russia's development, it is fair to note that professional education is at the same level of importance with higher education, and therefore there should be no less work to develop talented and gifted youth.

According to the author, the social partnership is considered as the factor of professional becoming and adaptation of students at the universities from the point of view of three-level model at stages of educational order development, employment and competitiveness of young experts. All this demands creation of the special structure uniting all components of vocational counselling.
