This article deals with the institution of procedural participation, including some issues related to the concept of it in civil justice, the difference between these institutions from other institutions, and the problems of their application in practice. The problem of protecting violated or disputed rights and protecting legally protected interests is becoming particularly relevant in the context of the development of the legal system in the Russian Federation. The resolution of claims with the participation of one plaintiff and one defendant in the case does not always make it possible to protect the entire range of rights related to material legal relations. A new feature of the research is to study not only the theoretical side of the procedural process, discuss issues related to the concept, grounds and classification of the procedural process, but also to address and propose ways to resolve controversial issues related to the theory and practice of the application of procedural complicity.

The article discusses the features of landscape design in cities of northern latitudes on the example of the development of the project of the alley "Puzzle" in the city of Nizhnevartovsk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Russia). Analog projects of urban environment design are analyzed. The article deals with the fact that gravity is mutual magnitude, if the mass of one of the bodies is close to zero, and the force of gravity common to the two bodies tends to zero. One body does not have gravity. Also, in the article, the authors attempt to prove that the Sun and Jupiter have a huge force, since they are massive bodies in themselves and they also move at low speeds. The authors come to the conclusion that if the Galaxy had gravity, all its stars would have been knocked together long ago. The authors also prove that friction forces always exist. And the frictional forces prevent even rectilinear motion by inertia, the body will stop, continuing to rotate around its axis, if the body has satellites. The authors emphasize that if the body moves, it means that there is someone who moves now, or there is, or was someone who moved before, and it, those-lo, moves by inertia.

Climatological information and data on climate and factors that influence climate are of great importance for obtaining complex indicators of climate assessment in urban areas. Models RayMan and SkyHelios are two free available micro-scale models. They are used to calculate and evaluate skyview factors (SVF), the duration of sunshine, shadows and radiation fluxes. In addition, the RayMan model is able to evaluate the modern thermal indicators used in human biometeorology. Two models coincide and link several data formats, for example GIS results and information transfer for subsequent processing in urban climatological studies and problems. The final result of the model is the calculation of the average temperature of eradiation, which is required in the model of the human energy balance and, thus, for the assessment of the thermal bioclimate.
