The article considers a particular specificity of the formation of a living environment with a necessary public infrastructure environment. The author reveals urban planning requirements related to the his-torical traditions of Northern Tajikistan.

At the present stage of development of new technologies and development of specialized software, the author-developer meets with a large number of difficulties related to the protection of intellectual property. The article considers the process of sequencing itself, as it is seen by the software developer, the difficulties arising in front of him, raises issues of planning and measures of impact of the developer on the protection of intellectual property. Special attention is paid to the processing of results and databases. It is suggested that planning can be used as a software protection tool and recommendations to future developers how to use this tool to protect their intellectual property rights.

A new technology for processing vegetative plants on large agricultural areas at night with a UAV is described. The use of an unmanned aerial vehicle as a mobile platform with a device attached to it for stimulating non-thermal intensity of vegetative plants with optical laser radiation at various stages of ontogenesis contributes to the development of plants at the initial stages of vegetation and, as a consequence, at later stages of growth, increasing their resistance to certain diseases and productivity., which allows at the stage of storage to significantly increase the safety of the crop without additional investment in the vegetable store.

Pereimplantitis as an inflammatory process stimulates the development of oxidative stress. Purpose of the study: to study the intensity of free radical processes in the oral fluid of patients with pereimplantitis and to identify the optimal therapy for this condition. During the study the oral fluid of 120 people with the diagnosis of pereimplantitis was studied, divided into 4 groups equally and patients were given different types of therapy of this condition. Products of oxidative modification of biomolecules were determined in oral fluid on the basis of quantitative assessment of a stained complex with thiobarbituric acid (TBA), maximum flare (MVHL) and area (PCL) H2O2-induced luminol dependent chemiluminescence were determined, and the concentration of malone dialdehyde and diene conjugates was estimated using standard methods. TO THE QUESTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF RECIPE-BASED FUNCTIONAL FOOD PRODUCTS INCLUDING GROWN IN THE CONDITIONS OF NORTH RUSSIA PLANTS

Knowledge bases are needed in scientific and technical search for the synthesis of new patentable technical solutions. A knowledge base is being formed on foreign equipment on the market for extractors of components of plant materials.

In given article the technique of planning of carrying out of research and development on the basis of the volume determined models is described. Basically, the problems concerning top level of hierarchy, namely, problems of definition of the schedule chart of realization of the basic stages of research and development and volumes of expenses necessary for it are considered. The most effective and modern approach to realization of such substantiation is use of mathematical models. It is thus essential that the models applied to the decision of problems of this level, should consider not only internal properties of the enterprise are models of its organizational system, but also consider with accessible completeness of property of environment of the enterprise. As this completeness is rather limited, in view of incompleteness of the information on properties of environment of the enterprise, the planning technique should provide possibility of correction of planned offers, their recalculation under the specified data.
