The article presents the results of a complex study of the introduction of vitamin and microelement complexes with the pharmacological adaptogen on the immunological resistance of the young people. There is a more pronounced increase in the functional capacity of the organism under the influence of vitamin and microelement additives to food, especially in combination with the pharmacologically adaptogen, due to the positive effect of these complexes on the intensity of the exchange of trace elements, mainly iron, on hematopoiesis and immunological reactivity of the organism.

This article briefly considered the problem of healthy food, culture of food and influence of design as a culture on the positive perception of useful products. The comparative analysis of the American fast food and the Japanese sushi (the most common forms of fast food in our country) are carried out for identification of design means at the expense of which the attractive image of food is formed and the visual harmony is reached. Several versions of the approved design decisions for achievement of desirable taste perception are also offered.

«Risk factors influencing the development of iron deficiency anemia in children»

The authors note that at children iron deficiency anemia leads to growth of infectious incidence of respiratory organs and digestive tract. Iron is necessary for normal functioning of structures of a brain, at its insufficient contents the psychological child development is broken. At the children who had iron deficiency anemia in infancy at the age of 3–4 years there are violations of transfer of nervous impulses from the centers of a brain to organs of hearing and sight because of violation of a miyelinizathion and, as a result of it, violation of conductivity of nerves. In children, early detection of risk factors leads to a decrease in the incidence of scarce anemia.
