Статья посвящена вопросу развития адаптации молодых работников газодобывающего предприятия. Авторами отмечено, что ООО «Газпром добыча Уренгой» связывает свое будущее с молодыми специалистами, готовыми вложить свои силы, способности и устремления. Поэтому важным элементом Политики управления персоналом Общества является работа с молодежью. Работа Совета молодых ученых и специалистов вносит реальный вклад в развитие Общества «Газпром добыча Уренгой», поскольку это кадры, которые в будущем будут формировать политику предприятия, продолжать и укреплять трудовые традиции одного из крупнейших газодобывающих предприятий ПАО «Газпром». Современная наука развивается стремительно, что требует большой и систематической работы. Отмечено, что роль молодых ученых постоянно усиливается.

The article substantiates the significance of the scientific development of problems of adaptation of young people after completing their sports career. Based on an analysis of trends in the evolution of state support for boys and girls leaving sports and analysis of data from the author’s research, carried out using a questionnaire and interviews, its current state is characterized. The principles of optimization of adaptive processes at the stage of transition from high performance sports to other types of activity are formulated.

This paper states, that in modern society in order to achieve a successful development of coach’es career it is no longer enough to only have a knowledge of how to apply theory to practise, be creative or be able to attract new athletes. In order to achieve not only good sports results, but as well to develop oneself as a professional coach and have a successful career, new ways and factors of how to do that have to be found. This paper is going to analyze what these ways and factors are, according to coaches themselves.

Modern studies of the population structure in the Russian Federation show that the improvement of living conditions and the development of medicine causes the rapid growth of the share of people, who are older than working age. Conducted an anonymous survey of 1 st year students of pediatric faculty. During the work it was found that most of the students when choosing a medical specialty guided by the ideas of humanism, willingness and a desire to assist the patient in a timely manner. The survey showed that the majority of first-year students already have a specific goal to learn narrowcasting specialty, and this fact, undoubtedly contributes to the quality of medical education of the respondents.
