This paper states, that in modern society in order to achieve a successful development of coach’es career it is no longer enough to only have a knowledge of how to apply theory to practise, be creative or be able to attract new athletes. In order to achieve not only good sports results, but as well to develop oneself as a professional coach and have a successful career, new ways and factors of how to do that have to be found. This paper is going to analyze what these ways and factors are, according to coaches themselves.

The article deals with questions of effective strategies of HR policy in the field of selection and adaptation of staff in the company. The text gives an information about effective methods of selection and adaptation, also it draws our attention to development of communication between employees. This paper can help to pay managers’ attention to effective selection and adaptation taking into consideration that introduction of a new employee to a position is responsible enough. Probably, first days in a new company are crucial for the system of motivation of HR policy in the development of HR strategy. Much attention is given to stages of adaptation for employee or chief executive.

Modern studies of the population structure in the Russian Federation show that the improvement of living conditions and the development of medicine causes the rapid growth of the share of people, who are older than working age. Nowadays, the number of such people in our country is about 21%. This trend leads to the fact that society sees the retirement age as the same socially significant period of life like all life until retirement. In this context, it is important to build an effective system of career management for older workers, taking into account their age and psychological characteristics, as well as the creation of conditions for the productive use of their experience and unique resources. These measures can be a catalyst for modernization and increase the number of qualified and experienced personnel in government.

«Мотивационные аспекты выбора профессии врача студентами педиатрического факультета»
Conducted an anonymous survey of 1 st year students of pediatric faculty. During the work it was found that most of the students when choosing a medical specialty guided by the ideas of humanism, willingness and a desire to assist the patient in a timely manner. The survey showed that the majority of first-year students already have a specific goal to learn narrowcasting specialty, and this fact, undoubtedly contributes to the quality of medical education of the respondents.

В данной статье рассмотрена проблема профессионального самоопределения и становления, которые являются одним из основных механизмов социально-экономического развития и представляют собой непрерывный процесс. Автором отмечается, что готовность к профессиональной/карьерной мобильности входит в число обязательных требований к современному работнику и включает набор специальных компетенций, необходимых для успешной профессиональной самореализации. В работе представлен опыт реализации проекта "Управление карьерой".
