В статье говорится о феномене искусства и его эволюционном пути развития. На протяжении многих веков искусство остается неизменным как представление о результатах деятельности человека в виде произведений, созданных для эстетического наслаждения и воплощения идей творцов. Постепенно искусство переходит в сферу унификации и стандартизации – открывается путь к тиражированию в индустрии массовой культуры. Современный мир искусства представляет собой новую реальность, перемещающую субъекта из мира феноменального в виртуальный. Перспективы полного замещения реальности актуальны в современном понимании явления виртуализации.

В данной статье рассматривается один из способов измерения коэффициента трансформации для трансформаторов тока встроенного типа. Делается пример расчета маркировки встроенного трансформатора.

The paper emphasizes the relevance of the reader’s competence development at the University by means of English as a Foreign Language as an important component of the formation of communicative professionally oriented competence for the purpose of pursuing long life professional, research and personal growth of graduates at the international level in a global multicultural world. Specificity of forming the readers’ competence of students of technical specialties at the University is analyzed, taking into account the educational levels of the academic space organization at the university. The set of essential approaches: competence, interdisciplinary and personality-oriented in the process of English for Specific Purposes learning is taken into account. The concept of “reading competence” is considered as a valuable component of general professional competence of Higher School students of non-linguistic major. The importance of using Internet technologies as an interactive basis for teaching English for Specific Purposes is accented.

The author analyzes the global transformations of the sociocultural reality and the resulting opportunities for the social realization of the personality, designated in modern scientific discourse as the Other. The author considers the essence of self-identification of a person in the context of the emergence of a new concept of humanism – a culture of inclusion. The researcher analyzes the mechanisms of self-identification of oneself through the Other by means of creative activity, as well as their significance in the aspect of being inclusive.

The author focuses on a proper formation of the thought, based on a common sense and logical sequential chain of thought forms. There disclosed the ternary principle of creation process – the interdependence of thoughts, words and deeds. This article analyzes the functioning of the Internet in the modern Runet slogans, as well as the definition of their role in the political discourse of language as an effective means of manipulating public consciousness. The analysis shows that in Runet among numerous idiomatic means of expression were specific slogan to the online space, which carry socially significant meaning. These Internet slogans are insulated public opinion, civic position that undoubtedly debarking of the most powerful means of social influence and social manipulation.

According to the authors, the application of AkvaD3etrim on the background of symptomatic therapy of rickets and the vitamin D deficiency in children showed that, the drug leads to more dynamic performance improvement of calcium and phosphorus in blood, reduces the period of clinical symptoms and reduces the frequency of relapse of the disease.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the modern problems of interaction of the system of humanitarian education and the requirements of labor market (city of Ekaterinburg as an example). As the title implies the article describes targets, mechanisms and efficiency of the structural policy. Much attention is given to directions of regional structural policy, which help to provide a solution to the socio-economic problems and to increase the investment attractiveness of the region.

The article covers an approach to modelling of the cyclic macroeconomic dynamics, which allows to increase the accuracy of approximation of the real data in order to further forecasting of the medium-term changes in volume of gross domestic product. This approach allows to determine more accurately the turning points of cycles and to fix the changes in the amplitude and duration of the separate cycle waves. The article also covers the comparative analysis of the constructed model and the «simple-sine» model generally used at practical researches.
