The paper analyzes a new system for managing government programs in the Russian Federation. The topic is relevant, since government programs were previously implemented with imprecise goals, management was not fast and effective enough, and flexibility was low. The new system eliminated these problems. The final result of the article is not only an analysis of the new system, but also another proposed change that will further improve the new system, which was the goal of the study. The following research methods were used: description, analysis, synthesis.

The digitalization is a kind of modern trend in many areas, including educa-tion. It involves following innovations, continuous development, as well as improv-ing the competencies of managers in all areas. The article discusses the concept, content of activities, phases of the corporate social responsibility management process, functions and CSR management system. Based on the analysis of various approaches to determining the content of social responsibility management, typological characteristics of the CSR management process are highlighted. The thesis is substantiated that the CSR management process includes additional functions, along with the traditional management functions adopted in management. The paper also describes the corporate organizational mechanism of CSR management on the example of large public joint stock companies.

In this article the author analyzes the most common means of forming the semantics of nominations for perfumery and scents based on a conceptual metaphor. It should be noted that the stylistic coloring of nominations can be different: from neutral to colloquial (slang). Particular attention is paid to nominations related to the representation of the concept “Alcohol” in perfumery. Lexical units of the English and French languages were used in this analysis. The total number of lexical units is 300 units.

This paper presents comprehensive information about spacecraft (SC) maneuvers in the vicinity of a circular orbit. The implementation of SC maneuvers in the vicinity of circular orbits makes it possible to solve many research and applied problems. Typical examples are the problems of rendezvous and docking of SC moving in near-circular orbits, the implementation of a group flight of several SC in a given configuration, the deployment and maintenance of low-orbit systems to solve the problems of providing communications and remote sensing of the Earth. Practical examples of SC maneuvers are given.

This research aimed to investigate the peculiarities of the athletic identity of boxers of different levels of mastery. The study involved 30 average levels of mastery and 30 high levels of mastery sportsmen. The athletic identity measurement scale (AIMS-Plus) was used in the study. According to results of the study, the sportsmen of higher-level mastery have significantly higher level of athletic identity (p < 0,05) than sportsmen of average level of mastery. The sportsmen of higher-level mastery have higher level (p < 01) of social identity and positive affectivity. But the sportsmen of average level of mastery have higher level of negative affectivity and exclusivity (p < 01).

The purpose of the study was to compare performance strategies of cadets and junior basketball players. To achieve this goal, a test of performance strategies (TOPS) was used as an instrument, designed to measure psychological sports skills used both during competition and during practice. The results showed that juniors, in comparison with cadets, have higher indicators in the strategies "Goal setting" and " Self-talk".

A description of a tested methodology of a design project on research and definition of the "DNA of fashion brands" is provided. The article substantiates the application of the project method in business education and design education, which has established itself as effective in training future specialists at different levels of professional training. This method provides the opportunity to integrate students into the creative process and motivate them to solve unconventional problems. Working on this project in a group allows students to acquire teamwork skills and get acquainted with the functioning of global manufacturers of clothing and accessories. The result of the project is a presentation in which all stages of research, analytical process.

The content of the article reveals theoretical positions on the implementation of a technological approach to the design of the educational process in a modern kindergarten.

This research aimed to investigate the peculiarities of the psychosocial adaptation of managers and coaches in a sports organization. The study involved 22 mangers and 30 coaches (32 men and 20 women). Roger's and Dymond's questionnaire was used in the study. According to the results of the study, managers had significantly (p <.05) higher estimates of the adaptation, self-acceptance, internality and tendency to dominate than coaches. No significant differences were found between estimates of components as acceptance of others, emotional comfort, tendency to deception and avoiding problems.
