The article is devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of hematologists and image of their "ideal" patient. A study is commissioned by the Research Institute of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Transplantation named after R.M. Gorbacheva. The study involves 14 physicians, with the average age of 30.5 years. The findings are of great interest and have practical significance, in particular, they can be used while improving the quality of contact among medical staff and patients, which, in turn, is an essential condition for recovery.

The author of this article marks that to introduce a variety of chemical and biological preservatives different dosing pumps are used, drugs are pre-diluted or dissolved in water. Since working with acids is associated with a certain risk, the countries of Europe, where the majority of forage is harvested by silage, switched to the dry form of preservative. In Russia, the introduction of dry preservative is constrained due to lack of technical means to introduce them. For this reason, cheap preservatives, such as sulfur powder, application it is not widely known. To solve this problem we created a contact device for metered introduction of powdered preservative.

The article draws attention on the value of teacher's identity in the modern system of preschool education. On an example of pedagogical creativity of a preschool institution possible ways to implement new approaches for improving not only the preschool educational process, but also to create conditions for the development of the individual teacher are presented. Innovative search is defined by integration connections in the realization process of the project "Axiological acme of a teacher." A close connection forms of the institution, case studies of a teacher with the development of his value orientations are proved.

More often increasing workload substitutes the mental one causing irreparable harm to the child's personality.

This article focuses on the current problems of higher education - training of future teachers. The author highlights the issues associated with the identification of the essential characteristics of communicative competence, the role in the system of post-graduate training of the teaching staff. A special place is given to consider the possibilities of educational discipline "Interaction of educational process subjects" in the formation of communicative competence among young scientists at the stage of post-graduate education.

In this article the author defined the relevance of methodological training in modern university of bachelors in technology and pedagogical education in the implementation of project-based pupils teaching. Personal experience of the future teacher of technology, preparing for the upcoming professional activity becomes a training project. It was revealed that the methodical preparation of future teachers allows them to realize that the project activity of pupils during lessons contributes to the development of their personality traits allowing to adapt to the socio-economic conditions, developing creative thinking, the ability to see and solve the problem on their own and to construct their knowledge.

In current stage of education development there is a need to integrate comprehensive subjects to give the educational process internal correlation, practical direction and motivation reinforcement to learn different subjects. It is also necessary to create new patterns of educational process organization contributing to solution of its internal integration tasks. The paper deals with algorithm of such pattern creation based on practical experience of creation and functionning of a school theatre as an integrated environment to create educational process giving good results in education efficiency increasing and continuous creative development of children.
