В статье рассматриваются основные показатели деятельности ОЭЗ «Алабуга». Представлены основные проекты, ключевые резиденты зоны, приведены их основные показатели. Проанализированы показатели эффективности деятельности с точки зрения целесообразности государственной поддержки. Сделаны выводы об эффективности исследуемой зоны и предложены рекомендации по дальнейшей государственной поддержке.

The author of the article notes that interest to the problems of education philosophy is due to anthropological crisis, the need for interpretation in these terms the unique nature of the serights in the context of the goals of modern education. In the terms of education reformation in the Republic of Kazakhstan humanistic potential of philosophy of education is updated, aimed at forming a fully developed individual, free and responsible person. Philosophy of education is based on the effective recognition of the value, originality, integrity, personality, of his right to the free development and expression of their abilities. With its potential for deep and adequate understanding of the phenomenon of a man, philosophy of education sets the benchmark and the basis for the humanization of modern educational theory and practice.

Problem content of philosophy is grounded according to criteria of logical abstraction of signs of knowledge object; the group of ten main philosophical problems is offered; essential signs of problems of philosophy are characterized; problems of philosophy are estimated by information factor of person's life improvement.

In the beginning of the XX century European school-teaching practice needs radical changes, the traditional school of study has been heavily criticized, needed reforms. The first part of the article reveals the evolution of the income tax in the Russian Federation, as well as the competitiveness of the national tax system in the international arena. In this research the author investigates the question of series of press-up execution influence at unstable platform on myographic indexes of muscle work at corpus and shoulder girdle and also 6-week training including this exercise on unstable support and its influence on the growth dynamics of force abilities. As the author marks, 10 students of a sport high school took part in the research. They registrated electromyogram from 6 muscles while performing a set of 10 press-ups at stable and unstable platform. The same exercise was has been working out during 6 weeks to develop force endurance. Before and after trainings the respondents carried out tests in the exercise press-up "to the limit" and on press of a stationary cross-bar at tenzoplatform to registrate maximum arbitrary force. After 6 weeks of training the trainees definitely improved their indicators of their force endurance and arbitrary force.

Как отмечает автор представленной статьи, в последние годы остро обозначилась потребность общества в воспитании и обучении творческих людей, имеющих нестандартный взгляд на проблемы, способных адекватно и своевременно реагировать на происходящие в мире изменения. В России активизировалось исследование проблем творчества, креативности и творческого мышления. Данные понятия изучаются с различных позиций: разрабатываются теории креативности личности и программы по развитию творческого мышления; появляются попытки разработки понятийного аппарата рассматриваемых концепций; исследуются творческое мышление и творческие способности.

В статье представлены результаты исследования особенностей развития двигательных качеств (силы, быстроты, выносливости) у детей старшего дошкольного возраста с заиканием с использованием диагностических тестов физического воспитания дошкольного возраста М.А. Руновой, Г.Н. Сердюковской.
