The article is devoted to the analysis of advertising and its impact on consumer behavior and choices. A justification of such processes from a psychological point of view is given. Psychological methods and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising are also considered. An example of a specific advertising case is presented and analyzed. Several key conditions for effective advertising are identified.

The article discusses the need to find new modern approaches to formation of the urban public environment, which has the necessary qualities for the accumulation, development and improvement of the intellectual and psycho-emotional potential of society. The author describes certain distortions and destructive phenomena in the social environment of the city, which lead to negative social reactions. An opinion about the ongoing loss of social identity and degeneration of the aesthetic and creative context in the society’s mentality is expressed. The ways of solving the problems of creating sustainable positive conditions for the transformation of the urban environment are proposed.

«Justification of marketing technologies choice for formation of favorable image of the territory with the interests of consumers (on the example of Primorsky Krai)»
The article presents the rationale for marketing technologies choice to create a favorable image of the territory, taking into account the interests of consumers. Evaluation of marketing technologies influence on consumer behavior was carried out on the basis of correlation-regression analysis of indicators of perceived intensity of using specific marketing tools and technologies, and indicators characterizing territorial image, territorial product quality, resident consumers' satisfaction with territorial product, territorial product attractiveness for non-resident consumers, and consumers' loyalty to the territory. At each stage of favorable territorial image forming process based on marketing technologies, some marketing tools and technologies may be planned together for some consumer groups. The study revealed the possibility of involving consumers in the joint creation of value and formation of a favorable territorial image, which in turn will help to prevent and resolve conflicts of their interests, increase their satisfaction with the territorial product and their loyalty to the territory.

The authors consider two intermediaries: the intermediary between the world of the nature and the person – means of work or "fixed capital" of a society as productive force of social activities, and the intermediary inside a society – cost in the form of money without what it is impossible to define labour productivity and structural transformations in a society. The article gives engineering understanding of productive force and productivity of the process equipment by the example of calculation and a choice of the automatic transfer line.

«Marketing evaluation model of the territorial image»
This article analyzes the existing models for assessing the image of the territory and concluded that it is necessary to develop a model that allows to assess the image of the territory taking into account all the main target audiences. The study of models of the image of the territory considered in the scientific literature was carried out by the method of traditional (non-formalized) analysis of documents on the basis of scientific publications of Russian and foreign authors. The author suggests using the «ideal point» model to assess the image of the territory. At the same time, the assessment of the image of the territory should be carried out for all groups of consumers, taking into account the weight coefficients reflecting the importance of opinions and the number of respondents of each group.

The consumer behavior of households is defined by a complex of internal and external factors: income of the population, motives and incentives of behavior, behavioral norms and personal preferences. As the example of structure analysis of the income and expenses of households of Sverdlovsk region during research models of consumer behavior of households are allocated, characteristics and structure of the population depending on their welfare are allocated. Author's approach allows forecasting of the consumer market, proceeding from the socio-economic factors forming the level of the population income in the region.

«Cultural factors impact on social risks of consumer behaviour»
This article describes the problems of social risks in consumer behavior. Social risks are manifested in the consumer's loss when purchasing or its using of a part of his capacity: money, health or peace of mind. Social risks in consumption are influenced by many factors, chief among which are cultural factors. The authors reveal the impact of cultural factors on the social risks occurrence on the basis of aggregate indicators and data of a sociological survey conducted in the city of Volgograd.
