Annotation. The implementation of the educational standards have called for systemic changes in the educational environment of the gymnasium at the primary level of General education. The changes affected all components of the environment: from the goal to the results of education. The article considers new forms of educational process organization. The authors tell about the organization of educational events of activity orientation, in which primary school students solve different project tasks - subject, interdisciplinary, over-subject, of different ages ones. Their role in providing metasubject educational results is emphasized, for example, the control –and- assessment independence of younger schoolboys is becoming a component of "ability to study".

«Usage of contemporary literature in foreign languages in class»
The main purpose of every teacher is to help students understand the language and increase their motivation in learning foreign languages. One of the most effective methods in motivating is the usage of contemporary literature in class. The main advantages of such literature as well as the requirement about how to choose the necessary literature are mentioned in this article. The research is also stating the necessity of using foreign literature in the context of different competence including the linguistic and social and cultural ones, including different points of approaches on this subject – personal, communicative and integrated. The example in the work is taken from the book «Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire» by J.K. Rowling.

«Quality as an economic category and management object»
Problems of quality of market economy are revealed, the main approaches to determination of category «quality» and levels of his assessment under to the ISO international standards of a series 9000 are considered in the article. «Graph theory application to the development of training process models»
On the basis of analysis of federal state educational standards and studies on the design, optimality and efficiency of the learning process, a basic model of the educational process is proposed in the article, based on the block-modular approach and the mathematical graph theory. It is shown that during the process design and depending on the filling of modules and their meaning, this model can be transformed and useful not only in the development and analysis of work programs, but also reflect the development of the personality, including taking into account negative factors. The boundaries of the proposed model usage are determined. The question of introducing qualitative and quantitative grades of this model on the basis of graph theory for controlling bodies is considered. Advantages of the block-modular approach application to the creation of educational programs in conjunction with the application of the model of the proposed species are highlighted.

This approach allows us to reveal the essential latent patterns of linguistic structures serving as verbal packaging of the results of complex mental procedures. Comprehension of existing concepts in logic and linguistics in the context of cognitive science can contribute to solving actual practical and theoretical problems of modern linguistics related to the correlation of logical-cognitive and syntactic categories.

«Evaluation of efficiency of state property management»
The research is aimed at increasing the efficiency in St. Petersburg property management. The study determines the concept of the public property fixed in the law. The structure of the public property and its division by the power levels are studied, the subjects of the public property management are revealed and the property management techniques are compared. The program «Management of Federal Property», which is implemented at the moment, is analyzed. Its compliance with the statistical data relative to the public property structure and its management is examined. The shortcomings of the program are revealed. The paper examines the features of St. Petersburg public property structure and its management. It analyzes the statistics of the use of St. Petersburg property. After examination of «management efficiency» notion, the criteria for the assessment of this efficiency are developed. These criteria are used in the integrated assessment of this efficiency in St. Petersburg property management. This assessment makes it possible to reveal the kind of property that is used less efficiently. The analysis of this type of property management enables us to find problem areas and develop suggestions in order to improve the situation. The result of the implementation of these suggestions into practice is the increase of the efficiency in St. Petersburg property management.

The article examines the advantages of the score-rating system. The author proposes group study in the form of seminars-disputes, round tables, discussions, training and theoretical conferences, etc. as a scoring tool in addition to traditional lectures and seminars. The principles of the scoring system development have been considered with regard to students’ ability to build their integral cognitive process by themselves.
