This article examines the pressing issue of developing self-care skills in 3- to 4-year-old children. Self-care is a crucial component of a child's personal development, the first step toward independence and social adaptation.The author describes the main pedagogical techniques, methods and conditions that contribute to the successful acquisition of cultural and hygienic skills by children (washing, dressing, eating). Particular attention is paid to creating a developing subject-spatial environment, using gaming technologies and interacting with parents to reinforce skills at home. The article is intended for preschool teachers and parents of their pupils.

Telehealth and remote monitoring improve healthcare accessibility but also expose sensitive data to security and privacy risks, where traditional authentication methods often prove inadequate. The electrocardiogram (ECG) has emerged as a promising biometric modality due to its inherent liveness detection, universality, and individual uniqueness. This paper reviews the ECG authentication pipeline, including signal acquisition through wearables, pre-processing techniques for noise reduction, feature extraction methods (fiducial, non-fiducial, and deep learning), and classification models. Publicly available datasets are examined, alongside key performance benchmarks. Persistent challenges-such as intra-subject variability, computational constraints in wearables, and ethical concerns are discussed, with future directions highlighting multimodal systems, privacy-preserving techniques, and standardized validation. ECG authentication demonstrates strong potential to become a secure and practical component of Telehealth systems.

The work reflects the issues of preparing and conducting lessons in a playful way. The importance of such lessons for the implementation of the technology of the system-activity approach, which contributes to the formation of a functionally literate personality, is emphasized. Examples of games that can be played both in math lessons and in extracurricular activities are given. In conclusion, the practical results of such games among schoolchildren are briefly discussed.

Traditional authentication methods, such as passwords and PINs, are prone to vulnerabilities and often fail to provide a seamless user experience. The study delves into the technical aspects of ECG signal acquisition, preprocessing, feature extraction, and classification, while addressing challenges such as noise, variability, and device interoperability.

The article is devoted to the use of a differentiated approach in primary school math lessons. I use multi-level tasks to teach everyone at the level of opportunity and ability, which gives each student the opportunity to get the maximum knowledge of their capabilities and realize their personal potential.

The article substantiates the significance of the scientific development of problems of adaptation of young people after completing their sports career. Based on an analysis of trends in the evolution of state support for boys and girls leaving sports and analysis of data from the author’s research, carried out using a questionnaire and interviews, its current state is characterized. The principles of optimization of adaptive processes at the stage of transition from high performance sports to other types of activity are formulated.

Clinical and epidemiological data indicate the high medical and social significance of urological diseases for public health and determine the need to analyze problems in organizing the provision of specialized medical care to patients with a urological profile. The purpose of this work was a comparative analysis of indicative indicators of the urological department No. 3 of the City Clinical Hospital No. 1 named after N.I. Pirogov in order to improve the availability and quality of specialized medical care for this category of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. An analysis of the work of the urological department in 2020 as a whole indicates its stable activity: there is an increase in the share of minimally invasive endoscopic technologies, radical surgeries, an increase in the range of treatment methods for urolithiasis through the further development of modern technologies, primarily using X-ray guidance methods.

On the basis of collected data, some possible prospects for further use of honey in medicine have been outlined.
