На данном этапе своего развития Россия переживает экономический спад. При этом наблюдается как общее ухудшение макроэкономических показателей, так и кризис доверия среди российских потребителей. В связи с падением реальных доходов российских граждан, их доверие к предлагаемым на рынке образовательных услуг программам, курсам снижается. Именно поэтому авторами был проведен социологический опрос на тему «Необходимость снижение стоимости обучения в ведущих российских вузах».

The electronic training course is an educational electronic publication or resource for supporting the educational process in institutions of general, special, professional education. The article considers the main components of a specialized online course «Electronic Literature: language and digital culture education practice» and its introduction into the educational process within the framework of the educational program for undergraduates who major in Pedagogical Education at Novosibirsk State Technical University. This interdisciplinary resource is relevant for teaching foreign languages ​​and literature, it plays an important role in improving the level of linguistic and cultural competence.

The practice of professionally-oriented teaching at English classes of Surgut State University is described in the article. В статье представляется опыт интенсификации иллюстративности преподавания английского языка за счет сравнения традиционных культур – английской и русской. Выделяются три уровня сравнения: сказки и фольклор в целом, обычаи и обряды и этнографические предметы. Трудность сравнения традиционных культур заключается в невозможности установления четких соответствий традиционных культурных феноменов, однако в приближении их друг к другу заключается интенсификация лингвистического развития. Кроме того, разные традиционные культуры пронизаны векторами универсальности и единства.
