This article discusses the system of education of cadets and students of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, from the point of view of moral and psychological aspects.

The implementation of modern fiscal policy is only possible under an active use of finance. They affect dynamic development of small businesses, taking into account its importance from the economic, political, scientific and technical and social points of view in market economy. The monograph presents the experience of the Rostov Region in the context of fiscal and taxation support, which is going to be useful for students, academics and practitioners. It is proposed to develop common criteria for granting state and tax support to small businesses, to establish a unified mechanism for collecting insurance premiums for all tax payers under special tax regimes, to improve certain elements of the patent taxation system, which activates the stimulating role of finance in the development of this sector.

This article is intended to identify advantages of applying process-oriented approach to the increased efficiency of medical support quality management. The author used methodology of the regulated influence of pursued policies and programs and such sociological methods of work as the collection, analysis, generalization, systematization of information.

The article presents arguments justifying the need for regular control procedures of fixed assets. The paper explains the impact on the reliability in the light of such factors as the degree of automation of accounting data, the human factor, the specifics of the internal reporting and accounting policy. The requirements for the implementation of analytical procedures in the conduct of internal audit of fixed assets are formulated.

This paper justifies balanced policy of rural development through loan support programs for agricultural producers. The authors have analyzed the data on profit, loans and credits of 74 agricultural enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region and provided an obtained information in the article. They also have justified the state support of agricultural loans and balanced development of the village.

The article discusses some questions on methodological basis of educational and role model implementation of information support for adult education in the context of adaptation and role resonance. The author reveals the main principles on which the process of the educational and role model realization is based. The study of a social support for posttraumatic growth facilitation is described in the article. The strong correlation between posttraumatic growth and the basic assumption about just world is revealed. Stress and depression reduction is correlated with the basic assumption about a benevolent world. The evidence that the basic assumptions after trauma are affected by the social support qualities is reviewed. Based on qualitative interview data acute adaptation, adaptation, institutional and post-institutional long-term posttraumatic periods of time are pointed out. Supportive interactions for posttraumatic growth facilitation over the long-term posttraumatic periods of time were identified.

This article focuses on the issue of laying pipelines on supports and the method of calculation of vertical and horizontal loads acting on the support. As pipelines can be water piping systems, heat networks, oil and mazout lines, condensate lines, steam lines, etc. this article describes the calculations of supports for pipelines laid above ground, in crowded channels, premises, on racks, in impassable channels, hanging supports, etc. The paper explores recommendations for placement of the supports on the route of the pipelines, calculation of loads on rotating and stationary supports of pipelines; inspection of stresses in the metal pipe, resulting from elongation of the piping from the temperature from the thermal expansion of the metal during operation.

The labour market is a place where a constant competition between candidates eager to get employment and those who want to maintain it takes place. Of course, the best chance of getting a job have people who are educated and qualified in occupations within a deficit group. We cannot forget that nowadays on the labour market there is a surplus of labour supply over demand. With such a competition, little chance of getting a job have people affected by social exclusion. They are, among others, people with disabilities, including intellectual ones. Another problem is the demographic changes observed in many countries of the world, which indicate that due to low population growth and lack of direct replacement of generations, the labour market will run out of hands to work. As a result of this, in many countries working age is extended. Authors assume that such treatments may not be sufficient and countries will have to use the resources previously unaccounted for or included in a small proportion, for example people with disabilities. This paper introduces reader to the system of supported employment. This concept, although new, is gaining more and more supporters. In the study the authors focus special attention on the future profession – job coach. They describe the qualifications necessary to perform this function, and also show the forms of professional development of a person employed for the job.
