В представленной статье рассматривается проблема показания соучастника как свидетеля. Автор приходит к выводу, что дача свидетельских показаний осужденным за групповое преступление не является его обязанностью. То есть за отказ от дачи показаний в этом случае он не подлежит уголовной ответственности за дачу заведомо ложных показаний или за отказ от дачи показаний.

В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы поддержания государственного обвинения как категории уголовно-процессуального права Российской Федерации. Авторы приходят к выводу, что поддержание государственного обвинения представляет собой особую уголовно-процессуальную функцию российской прокуратуры. На этой стадии прокурор приобретает статус государственного обвинителя – он отстаивает обвинение путем приведения обвинительных доказательств, их исследования, произнесения обвинительной речи.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы правового и организационно-методического обеспечения поддержания государственного обвинения группой прокуроров. Авторы приходят к выводу, что на сегодняшний день имеет место правовая неопределенность в вопросах процедуры создания группы прокуроров, порядка участия этой группы при предварительном рассмотрении уголовных дел, которые были представлены в суд.

Статья посвящена решению вопроса о поддержании государственного обвинения после отмены постановления суда о прекращении уголовного дела. The better the brain encodes information, the better it remembers. The main characteristics of adaptive technologies for the development of a person's intellectual abilities through a single path – speed reading – are considered in the context of practical and applied recommendations that allow the learner to master various types of reading.

On the basis of analysis of federal state educational standards and studies on the design, optimality and efficiency of the learning process, a basic model of the educational process is proposed in the article, based on the block-modular approach and the mathematical graph theory. It is shown that during the process design and depending on the filling of modules and their meaning, this model can be transformed and useful not only in the development and analysis of work programs, but also reflect the development of the personality, including taking into account negative factors. The boundaries of the proposed model usage are determined. The question of introducing qualitative and quantitative grades of this model on the basis of graph theory for controlling bodies is considered. Advantages of the block-modular approach application to the creation of educational programs in conjunction with the application of the model of the proposed species are highlighted.

В данной статье раскрыта сущность и преимущества использования автоматизации документооборота в управлении проектами, а также выделена специфика использования автоматизации документооборота в работе российских компаний. В работе охарактеризованы функциональные системы автоматизации документооборота, цели их создания, характеристики и принципы работы; сформулированы количественные и качественные показатели повышения эффективности управления проектами за счет использования автоматизации документооборота; описаны возможные проблемы в процессе автоматизации документооборота.

В статье приведен анализ особенностей формирования мотивации сотрудников некоммерческих организаций и служб социальной помощи к профессиональной деятельности. Исследована возможность применения управленческого инструментария в рамках содержательных и процессуальных теорий мотивации. Проанализированы организационные и специфические особенности деятельности негосударственных социальных служб и их влияние на уровень трудовой мотивации.
