The article is devoted to the issue of the specifics of the renovation design of urban public parks and recreation areas in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra to create a comfortable living environment.

Currently, a lot of researches devoted to the study of the relationship between disorders of impulse control and addictive pathology are published. Attempts to isolate behavioral addictions into a separate group of addictive disorders make it necessary to assess impulsivity and impulse control disorders at different stages of formation, both behavioral and substance use addictions in a new way. This review is based on the results of research and analysis of existing models of addictive disorders, where the dominant position is given to impulsivity and impulse control disorders as predictors of addictive pathology. It contributes to most forms of aberrant management and other disorders included in the current classifications (DSM-V, ICD-10). In our opinion, many existing models of addictive pathology of impulsivity and impulse control disorders is given undeservedly little attention, which in the end leads to an incorrect assessment of substance and behavioral addictions. A model of development of addictive disorders is proposed, where the disorder of impulse control is given a decisive place in the question of «to be or not to be» addictive pathology.

This article is abour practical methods of teaching history that were used in pre-revolutionary Russian secondary education. These methods have proven themselves in the past and can be used in the present day history lessons, whether it’s 5-6th grade or high school. Methods used during the course of research are comparative and analytical. Practical recommendations on the use of such methods of teaching are given on the basis of research.

This article tells about the phenomenon of dependence on social networks. Said phenomenon is not formally recognized as a diagnosis in the existing classifications of mental and behavioral disorders. At the same time, the dynamics of the development of dependence on social networks has much in common with the «classical» addictive disorders. The following symptoms and syndromes can be distinguished in the structure of dependence on social networks: craving, mental discomfort with the affective component, growth of tolerance, withdrawal syndrome, salience, relapse. The process of formation of dependence on social networks is influenced by a combination of neurobiological, individual, and also social factors, which allow understanding the mechanisms of the formation of the disorder and developing approaches to treatment.

As a result, it is shown that the development of cognitive processes includes the formation of internal motivational activity of children, methods of perception of visual information associated with information exchange, inspired by cognitive metaphor and cognitive load, as a result, children's intellectual development, including cognition, explanation and understanding of educational information.

The article is devoted to the mutual trade and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia. The author points out that current political situation in the South Caucasus region and balance of power contribute to creation of preconditions for the development of Armenian-Georgian relations and raise them to a qualitatively new level. These relations are based not on political, but on trade economic benefit-oriented considerations. The author comes to the conclusion that political and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia is in many ways based on trade and energy transit through Georgian territory and it is comparatively small, though it keeps gradually growing. For example, already in 2017 Georgia was the sixth largest trade partner of Armenia in export volume (USD 155212.5 thousand).

The results showed that the cognitive motives among sports medicine specialists during training with the use of innovative technologies in the center of competence development are higher compared to the motives among sports medicine specialists during training without the use of innovative technologies.
