As you know, the nature and use of space for the resettlement of ethnic groups is important for the study of ethnocultural identity and ethnicity in general. This article is devoted to the influence of the ethnic factor on the features of the settlement of the Yakuts, the indigenous population of the North-East of Siberia of the Russian Federation in extreme, sharply continental climate conditions. The author draws attention to the fact that the natural habitat acquires an ethnic orientation of survival in these conditions. It is now recognized that the indigenous people, like the Yakuts, have acquired high adaptive capabilities in extreme conditions for many generations. The bulk of the Yakuts live in the countryside of central Yakutia, and only a small part of the Yakut ethnic group lives in the northern ulus of the republic. On the territory of central Yakutia there are meadow «islands», the so-called alases (from the Yakut word «alaas») suitable for cattle breeding and horse breeding. Haymaking is the basis of the Yakuts' hay and pasture cattle breeding. Northern cattle breeding, with its haymaking as a traditional way of farming, is known to contribute to the formation of behavioral stereotypes of the Yakuts. Nevertheless, we note that in the modern conditions of globalization, industrial development of the North, value orientations are also changing, many traditional stereotypes of Yakut behavior are being overcome. The article draws attention to the traditional outlook of the Yakuts about the spiritual unity of man and nature, that the sustainable development of the Yakuts is largely related to the problem of the ecology of ethnic culture.

The article discusses theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis of the reasons for the inclusion of adolescents and young people in informal subcultural associations. Methods of counteracting the influence of destructive subcultures on the representatives of the younger generation, risk factors for the formation of their deviant behavior are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the study of the specifics and typology of modern subcultures. Attention is focused on the domestic and foreign experience of preventive work, including alternative types of productive socially significant activities that contribute to the identification, socialization and inculturation of young people.

The article analyses the final lines of V. Soloviev’s work “The General Sense of Art,” correlating them with the art tendencies of the modern civilization. The author addresses Soloviev’s idea about the transforming role of art in relation to the reality, the real life. Building a good organizational culture regulates relationships in the organization. Organizational culture is a philosophy embedded in the organization’s policies, rules of play and behavior, and the feelings or climate that accompany the physical existence of the organization itself. The culture of work, relationships, and attitude to various contractors inform and enable the exchange of opinions, experiences, positions, and beliefs. It reveals a system of beliefs and values discovered, established and developed by the team, formed teams, and employees of the hospital structure that determine how everything is done in principle, rather than specific relationships related to the implementation of a specific task. Effective communication with employees is also achieved by organizing and encouraging regular meetings between managers and employees, regarding issues related to the workflow, organization of activities, ergonomics in the workplace and, finally, creating effective communication channels and forms of communication. Communication is a management tool for achieving goals and objectives in a highly competitive environment, such as hospital care.

The article looks into the problem of preventing the difficulties connected with sociocultural barrier in the international groups of students of MSc. Program as the most significant barrier that hinders the process of studies. The factors that create such barriers have been analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that preventive measures such as information about the roots of the barrier, open discussion of the ways of eliminating it at the initial stage of studies can give effective results. Some practical advice on how to make the process of studies efficient and create a comfortable working environment in the classroom is given.

In this article, the results of a study concerning the features of attitude towards nature in young school-aged children diagnosed with mild mental disability are presented. In conclusion, the authors note an insufficient development of the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral components of attitude towards nature in this category of children.

The article analyzes the potential of dance culture in the processes of socialization of youth. It is shown that in the space of dance culture a successful synthesis of the effects on children and adolescents of the family and social forms of education is carried out. Potential contradictions of reproduction are highlighted, and, moreover, attitudes toward opposing male and female gender strategies. This paper examines methods of scientific research. The aim of the study is to develop methods for further analysis of the concept of "body" in the Yakut language picture of the world. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the main study is determined by the study of the concept of the Body in ethnic culture by studying the most ancient kind of folk creativity - epic, its language, attitude to the environment/or attitude towards man, woman, upper and lower world, mythology and rites. The practical significance of the work is the possibility of using the studied material, i.e. methods of research for qualitative analysis of the text, and to give conclusions in the preparation of indicators of folklore motives, in the courses of lectures on folklore of Yakuts and other Turkic people, having a single-crown beginning of the epic story of Olonho.
