В данной статье рассмотрены основные направления совершенствования системы управления вузом в условиях высокой скорости изменений. Предложено использовать возможности стратегического управления, проектного менеджмента и маркетинга для обеспечения конкурентоспособности организаций высшего образования.

The paper outlines the main concepts of intercultural communication in modern foreign language educational environment. It touches upon the major problems of teaching intercultural communication regarding culture and language teaching approaches, goal setting, culture and language based activities. The action plan of teaching culture and language consists of several stages: cultural concept orientation, reception, cognition, evaluation and reflection and is introduced as an effective tool for intercultural competence development.

The problem of professional adaptation and the formation of teachers is covered in the work. The specific of the training of future teachers in the university that is focused on the development of pedagogical abilities is described. On the basis of the personal and activity approach, the examples of assignments are presented in connection with various groups of pedagogical abilities.

According to the author, the corporate structure of economic entities is objective need today owing to the fact that the created conditions of acceleration of economic development of the country often demand association of several legal entities and individuals conducting an entrepreneurial activity to achieve the required result. At the same time, the corporation is not independent legal form and its activity is not regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this regard, there is a set of various interrelations and the relations of economic entities which are based on a basis of self-government and membership of participants of corporation on long-term contractual and contract conditions. В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы компетентностного подхода в системе современного этнокультурного образования, в условиях регулярно обновляющихся Федеральных образовательных государственных стандартов высшего образования (ФГОС). Проанализированы примеры этнокультурного сотрудничества Удмуртского государственного университета и учреждений культуры в процессе реализации экспериментальных образовательных проектов.
