An important stage that each enterprise faces in its development is the recruitment of personnel. It determines the efficiency of enterprise's activity. Often the recruitment of personnel is not always carried out efficiently, which leads to problems and negative consequences. At the same time, new em-ployees who are focused on results can improve enterprise's activity and make it more competitive. Therefore, each company must correctly, and above all else, effectively select the most qualified candidates and employees for the implementation of its goals, mission and objectives. The efficiency of recruiting technologies that exist nowadays is analyzed.

The main issue of this study is a further development of the criteria of personnel evaluation in knowledge-based organizations and application of this method in order to conduct the performance appraisal in terms of a particular company. Two research methods are used: the analysis of the data based on in-depth interviews, and questioning of 130 existing company respondents according to 360-degree feedback model. The results are analyzed and then proposed to the superiors of the company. The following study presents a description of the investigated field context, an analysis of the existing approaches in performance appraisal, chosen methods justification, and results anticipated.

The most common concept of military specialists training is the concept of improving the professional continuous training of officers. The essence of this concept is that throughout their service, the officers go through a multi-level system of training and re-training, which allows them not only to preserve the knowledge and skills they obtained at the initial stage, but also to develop and improve them. This article reveals both positive aspects and contradictions and shortcomings in the modern system of training military specialists.

The urgency of the issue treated in this paper is determined by the fact that the federal law requires personal data operators to guarantee the safety of processed personal data by developing security systems based on a number of organizational and technical security measures, as well as their evaluation. When choosing the organisational and technical security measures, the problem of having to consider a large number of normative and procedural documents which regulate this process arises. The aim of this study is to develop the procedural guidelines for choosing and assessing the effectiveness of suggested organizational and technical security measures for data protection in personal data information systems.

The issue of psychological problems in children who enter kindergarten is growing more urgent. If you visit the kindergarten in summer during the period of newcomers’ adaptation, you will usually see the following scene: the parent consigns their child to the kindergarten, but the child is struggling to get used to the new conditions: he/she cries for hours, doesn't want to listen and follow the teacher, detaches from other kids, constantly asks the teacher to bring the mother back etc. Even if parents strictly follow the adaptation rules, for example, leaving the child with the teacher only for half-an-hour to hour, or staying with the child during the outdoor activities, or consigning the child to the care of an experienced teacher etc., it all may bring no result. In this article, we will try to discover the cause of all mentioned problems using the research of popular psychology and pedagogy scientists.

Part of his scientific research still causes debates in the scientific world, especially his works about «successful psychopaths» and the curability of psychopathy. The article presents the analysis of trends in the research of emotions and phenomena associated with emotional manifestations. The article defines the role of emotions and their importance in professional activities, the relevance of the study of emotional components in the diagnosis of professional suitability, competence. The set of the emotional profile diagnostics methods taking into account levels of emotional manifestation is defined. Significant differences in the emotional profile of students of the acting department in comparison with representatives of the technical orientation are revealed.
