Taking place in the conditions of industrial society processes (in particular the accelerating pace of technological progress, improved living standards, increased education of the population) dramatically increase society's need for creative work. In modern times, the development of creative activity of people in all areas of activity is becoming one of important social problems. And the more society is interested in progress, the more revered and encouraged in this work.

The article presents the key psychological and pedagogical ideas underlying the additional educational program part-time school "Leader". The authors represent many years of experience understanding the program, created especially justify the educational environment and the specificity of teaching positions that allow the implementation of tasks in the educational process to promote and support personal self-development of pupils.

The article considers extracurricular activities as an important area in the educational system of the younger generation and in light of the requirements of GEF, OOO. We study basic models of organization of extracurricular activities, is a characteristic of regular and irregular activities within the framework of extracurricular activities, and also focus on the assessment of the achievements and results of pupils at the end of extra-curricular activities.

The author has noted that the main goal of personally-oriented education is a holistic personality development and formation of personal self-reflection and process actualization of personal development. Formed theoretical and methodological grounds of the indicated project are not always supported by specific methods and strategies for their implementation in practice in terms of higher education. An effective tool in this situation can become narrative approach, which is being actively developed in foreign pedagogy. The narrative approach combines the ideas of social constructionism, phenomenological pedagogy and hermeneutics texts. A full assessment of the narrative approach is possible only in terms of its practical implementation.

In the carved decor of Tyumen buildings traditions of Russian decorative art, folk motifs are widely used. Introduction in future students-teachers education of wooden architecture of the Tyumen region will have a definite aesthetic impact on the opinion of the authors. The practical application of this knowledge will be found on arts and crafts classes. Comprehension of compositional ornament construction or pattern of wooden architecture may appear in the production of their creative works.

The author of the article notes that interest to the problems of education philosophy is due to anthropological crisis, the need for interpretation in these terms the unique nature of the serights in the context of the goals of modern education. There are some discrepancies and inaccuracies in the interpretation of certain events associated with the establishment and operation of schools and the organization of the educational process in them in the military-historical literature and other sources dealing with the military special schools’ foundation in St. Petersburg, where the training for the artillery corps had been provided during the first half of the eighteenth century. In particular, it is argued that the Saint-Petersburg artillery school «for Pushkarsk children» was established on May 20, 1730. In this article, the author, based on the study of new archival sources, specifies the date of establishment of this school. Scientific work also aims to complete the existing information about the organization and the activities of the artillery military special schools in St. Petersburg during this period. In addition, for the first time some archival sources are being introduced into scientific circulation.
