Questions of increase of efficiency of vocational guidance for youth in the formation of the contingent of pupils of secondary special medical educational institutions.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the content of the term and structure of a language personality in a diachronic way. Based on the historic review of the key scientific papers of Russian scientists and documents of Council of Europe in the area of language education, the content of the term and structure of a new language personality with ability to act in the plurilingual and pluricultural world as well as being an object of forming in a language educational environment is synthesised.
