В статье проведен анализ и сравнение методов поддержки принятия решений для решения задачи целесообразности участия поставщика в закупках по ФЗ №223-ФЗ. Приведены результаты сравнительного анализа методов поддержки принятия решений, их свойства и особенности.

По мнению автора, в настоящее время в Российской Федерации наблюдается тенденция увеличения количества детей с проявлениями синдрома дефицита внимания (СДВГ). The monograph describes the issues of geodetic monitoring of a technical state of bases and building structures of unique buildings and structures to ensure safe operation. The system of support points and deformation marks that provide a complex of instrumental measurements using a non-stative technique has been considered. Special design stamps have been fixed to perform work in the main axes of the building, which allow the installation of the reflector directly on the bench, as well as the possibility of control leveling according to the leveling method of Class II. To identify the reasons of buildings and constructions deformation and to develop some preventing measures it is necessary to provide continuous geotechnical control during construction and maintenance of buildings.

In order to maintain a healthy state of circular sawing machines the author proposed to use pyrometric means of temperature control. The conditions, method of calculation and prediction model of the temperature drop of the round of wood cutting saws in the process of sawing wood have been determined.

According to the authors, joint training of Russian and foreign students in a multicultural group has a number of positive aspects. This, above all, the possibility of the formation of intercultural interaction of people of different cultures and the formation of a tolerant person. One of them is that it gives opportunities to develop the abilities of multicultural communication to all the students within the group. However it should be taken into consideration that the students in such groups in most cases are multilevel. So every teacher and professor has to search for new adequate methods and techniques of teaching so that to help foreign students to adapt quickly in a new surrounding. The authors believe the Singapore technique of teaching is quite appropriate for these purposes.

The monograph is devoted to the problem of objective assessment of the company competitiveness for strategic decisions choice. Various approaches to its measurement, not always expedient in concrete business conditions, are offered in theory and practice. Key features of the telecommunication companies’ activity, influencing its competitiveness, are systematized in the research. Analytical tools of its assessment, including the matrix analysis and method of the analysis of hierarchies, are proved, adapted and applied. The existing and potential competitive positions of PJSC MegaFon are specified. Viable investments are proved, taking into account a condition of various segments of the company business. The recommendations about improvement of an assessment technique and mobilization technique of competitive advantages of the telecommunication companies are offered.

The paper delivers the comparative analysis of the synthetic process of the relationship marketing development models. It is proved that in spite of difficulties in its structure the system models encourage a better understanding of the structure, functions and interconnections of the relationship marketing in the services sector of higher education institutions. The research insights showed that the modern conception of the institutional relationship marketing imposes the set of commercial, state and noncommercial marketing instruments. These instruments build the socioeconomic managing system of balanced cooperation of the subjects of higher education institutions’ services sector by the in-house marketing for the purpose of making ultimate solutions of internal and external problems in the higher education institutions turned to the satisfying the requirements of the target market.

The problem of development of personal and professional qualities of students in the process of professional training was described in the article. Criteria and indicators of the development of personality-professional qualities were determined, the parameters of their manifestations as well. The examples show the relationship of personal and professional qualities and the requirements of the Professional Standard. The features of the case-method as a form of quasi-professional activity were considered. A correlation was found between official diagnoses and the use of cases as assessment tools.

The article deals with issues related to ensuring the quality of the educational process in the system of higher professional education.
