«Anti-crisis program to minimize risks of psychological security of educational environment at the professional educational organization»
The article presents anti-crisis program to minimize risks of psychological security of educational environment at the professional educational organization. The authors justify the relevance of this question for educational institution of the system of professional education. They also give the results of the study of assessing the psychological safety of the educational environment (I.A. Baeva’s questionnaire) on the example of a group of students according to the main diagnostic indicators (attitude toward the educational environment, the essential characteristics of the educational environment and their satisfaction and protection from psychological violence during interaction). The risks and threats to the safety of the educational environment have been identified. The authors have developed the plan on the minimization, which defines types of assistance, personal responsibility, time frame and evaluation criteria. The planned results of approbation of the anti-crisis program within the framework of the professional educational organization have been formulated.

The subject of this monograph is the disclosure of issues of patriotic and legal education of students of higher education as the most important components of educational policy in the university. We are talking about mastering students during their studies at the university with civic maturity and social activity, legal culture, careful attitude to the moral and moral values of the rule of law state. «The Development of Reading Competence of Technical Major Students at Higher School in the Process of Language for Specific Purposes Learning»
The paper emphasizes the relevance of the reader’s competence development at the University by means of English as a Foreign Language as an important component of the formation of communicative professionally oriented competence for the purpose of pursuing long life professional, research and personal growth of graduates at the international level in a global multicultural world. Specificity of forming the readers’ competence of students of technical specialties at the University is analyzed, taking into account the educational levels of the academic space organization at the university. The set of essential approaches: competence, interdisciplinary and personality-oriented in the process of English for Specific Purposes learning is taken into account. The concept of “reading competence” is considered as a valuable component of general professional competence of Higher School students of non-linguistic major. The importance of using Internet technologies as an interactive basis for teaching English for Specific Purposes is accented.

The article describes professional activities of a juvenile inspector of internal affairs agencies who performs social, pedagogical and psychological functions to prevent juvenile delinquency in the social environment. The professionalism and competence of a juvenile inspector is determined by his subjective position towards the learning process in the course of the student's vocational and educational training at the university. The author reveals the main principles on which the process of the educational and role model realization is based. This article presents the experience of the Surgut gymnasium «Laboratory Salahova» teachers in creating a network educational resource on various subjects. Developed course gives students and teachers an opportunity to increase the level of self-employment high-school students and to expand the distance learning in high school. The individual characteristics of every class are considered in the tasks, and this is an advantage of the course developed by the teachers of the gymnasium. The article gives examples of history lesson technological map with assignments and texts proposed for study and already-learned topic check.
